One Week Warning. - Refer to the Calendar below for instructions!

UKPP/ESO are under PTO, they cannot elect Congressmen or more agents will be granted citizenship. Move to WRP to block UKPP/ESO from the top 5.

I am writing today to instruct on how to deal with the PTO threat which has emerged since the last Party President Elections on the 15th. I will also provide you with your anti-PTO calendar and details on how we can nip this in the bud before it blows up in all of our faces. Do not think this is something that can be done for you, do not think it isn’t urgent, everyone needs to help to push the PTO agents off the ballot, and we have only one week to do it.

What is a PTO? Why is it a Risk?

A Political Take-over is an attempt by a malicious group of individuals to usurp and seize power in a country by gaining citizenship for it’s agents and using them to vote their own candidates into power. The groups are often independent of countries, though will cooperate with enemies once they have power, and usually are from outside the eUK.

Worst case scenarios can see PTO’ers taking a majority in Congress, and impeaching the CP in favour of their own candidate (or if it gets really bad, running their own CP candidate and winning) and thus owning the country, which they will often use as a means of furthering their own private aims (or wallets) or those of a host country. This has happened to Australia, South Africa, New Zealand and various other countries and it has taken them literally years to recover from the situation, and even they often recover through cooperation rather then ousting the agents.

Their plan is simple.
Step one is to elect a top-5 PP. This has already happened.
Step two is to have the PP run PTO agents for Congress.
Step three is to have successful Congressmen grant citizenship to more agents.
Step two and three is repeated exponentially, until a majority in Congress is achieved and a Country President can be secured. Once a Congress majority passes, they can control MPPs, our money, our administration.

PTO’ers are often experienced and highly organised. The ones in the eUK, are veterans.


What needs to happen? How can I help?

CheetahCurtis has released an article saying what should happen if they are able to nominate people for Congress, and this is valid should they do so. However, the first thing we should do is stop them running for Congress. This is easily achieved.

Only top 5 parties may run Congressmen, and currently UKPP is #5 with 91 members. If we all collectively, can move them out the top 5 (ESO, the #6 party also seems to have a potential PTO’er as a PP) before the Congress nominees are locked in on the 24th, then they will not be able to run Congressmen at all. WRP, the 7th party who I intend to replace them, will run Congressmen instead. Safe, non-PTO Congressmen. Then, we must ensure that no PTO agents are elected as PP during the next Party President elections. This will solve the problem before they begin to gain power - something which will make controlling the PTO infinitely harder.

You can help. If you move out of your party, and join WRP (even better, move out of UKPP/ESO and join WRP) then you will help push the PTO’d UKPP out of the top 5 in time for Congress elections in a week. It won’t stop you voting for your own party it will just mean the PTO’ers are blocked. People from all parties should move to ensure this happens. Be careful because PCP and UKPP are only one member apart, so we must take care to ensure that UKPP do not overtake PCP and take fourth place, otherwise we will have to move to two parties to control the situation.

As such, it would make sense for PCP members to stay put until UKPP numbers begin to drop, or alternatively for people to monitor the situation themselves from the rankings page to see where is best to move. Remember, UKPP and ESO cannot be in the top 5 this time next week.



In the meantime, the MoHA must message people with this information so people know what is happening. Simply follow this simple calendar:

17th (Today): try to spread this information to your friends - knowledge is power. Write or share articles to get the message out.
18th-21st: Messaging of UKPP and the eUK must take place, people should be encouraged to leave UKPP in favour of WRP so to make the gap between the parties smaller.
22nd - 23rd: Begin moving parties, move to WRP to try and get them to 5th place.
24th (Congress Nominations lock in): Ideally by now UKPP should be 6th on the party rankings, and so will not run Congressmen in this months elections. Well done, you have prevented a PTO.
25th: Vote for your Congressmen, if we have been unable to move UKPP out of the top 5, be very careful of your vote.
26th: Return back to your respective parties and feel proud of what you have achieved.
15th (April): Help UKPP/ESO take back their parties from PTO agents.


How do we know it is a PTO? What is the proof?

Vuk01 is a notorious PTO’er. He has attempted PTO’s in North Korea, Bosnia & Denmark, and has experienced some success. He is a veteran. He even caused anxiety in the USA. His own articles attest to this, as well of accounts from others - he may have undergone other PTO projects, just check his articles.

Key members of our own government and our alliance all believe him to be a PTO’er, as well as the leaders of UKPP, who have consented to this plan - the comments on this article will testify to this I am sure. He received 13 votes to snatch the PP seat from UKPP’s expected winner, Rob The Bruce. If the UKPP gets anything near the number of Congress election voters as it did last month, we could be in serious trouble. Thus the need to stop this before it reaches elections.

The PP of ESO, has an account which only gained experience from the PP elections, and it is suspected by members of our government that they may be a sleeper PTO agent, prepped incase the #6 party took over from UKPP. I don’t want to smear the player or the parties involved, but as explained every precaution has to be taken. WRP’s PP is a known and respected member of the eUK community. It is also thought that both the PP of UKPP and of ESO had very few votes until the late hours of the election, when they quickly gained dozens of votes in a short space of time.

Lastly, Who is to blame?

No one. Now is not the time to point fingers, what we have to do right now is work together. If people have been letting in PTO’ers accidentally or otherwise, they must be instructed as to how to be sure not to do this in the future. However, blaming people doesn’t change the situation we are in; it is not a solution. Working together to fix this problem before it gets out of hand is. Inform your friends, employees, party members, help the MoHA message, help write articles. And most of all, move. It should only take around 30 people to move, but don’t think people will do it for you - we don’t know if there is a surplus of people waiting to join the party when we think they are safely put down in 6 - we don’t know their numbers for sure.

This is a crucial time for the eUK. We must work together, and be alert next month for any suspicious activity.

I should clarify that I haven’t written this on behalf of the government, but on behalf of common sense. I am sure they will adopt this plan and that the major parties, MoHA and you as individuals will all help to make this work. WRP have offered me assurances they will encourage people to move back so as to keep it fair in the aftermath, and have agreed to run Congressmen from other parties who may miss out.


PTO’ers will thrive from divide and conquer, and will use it to multiply and conquer.
