Small suggestion on TW

I suggest for the next TW, we can use Airstrike to start a war with a weaker country. We could drop some of the MPPs or ask the other side to increase more MPPs to ensure the battle will be evenly play out.

To guard this against outsiders from influencing the result:
+ We can organise our MUs to set their order to something else if we have to lose the battle.
+ Any region gained in the TW should be return as soon as possible.
