Chile's MoFA has confirmed that they will be returning Andhra Pradesh to us for Congress. So fight hard and earn your BH/FF/TP medals here

Right now it seems that Chile is fighting aggressively since it is the only war Chile are involved in right now, but expect that to change later. I will speak to Chile if numbers are not in our favour.

Also Croatia has agreed to release North East India for Congress. More updates on that later. So we shall have 2 regions before Congress elections take place. We haven't spoken to Thai as we know their answer.
