Hi Friends!
It is time for my last Presidential report for this term.

So let’s start with the confession that Presidency is more fun in Philippines!



I think that we had an interesting month and overall we managed to do well having in mind the situation around us.

I am glad that I have managed to gather a good team of ministers and I am very happy with the work of all of them. It was a nice bunch of real Filipinos and “guests” that have proven that can work perfectly well together!

Maybe I’ve made some mistakes as a President but they were not intentional – my only goal was glory and wellness to ePhilippines. It was only my first term as a Country President – I am sure that my second one will be much better! : )

Foreign Relations

We have started with very active foreign relations in the beginning. This was the time when we have tried to liberate our country via resistance wars. And here we had some disappointment as all of our allies has their own priorities and were not able to help us a lot. There were a lot of people saying that there is no sense to throw money for MPPs and get no support from our allies.
That is partially right but overall proved to be wrong. In the war that we had afterward against Indo we won our regions back due to the help from our allies – even though we were not officially supported by their armies.

So in my opinion – we should have as much MPPs as possible! This is my advice for our next CP. We are a small country and we can not expect our battles to be with a priority to the others, but the unofficial help that we can get through the MPPs is huge!

During the month I was in a constant contact with many Country Presidents, we have continued our Ambassadors initiative thanks to John Jurassic and overall I am glad with our achievements.


Country Orgs

I have tried to get access to all the country orgs of ePhilippines – something that wasn’t done so far. I got it from the admins – which was great because we have several organizations but I couldn’t find what to use them for...
It is a weak point – but I hope that the next President will decide how to use them properly.

Regarding the Bank of Philippines – in the beginning I was told that it is a tradition that the President does not have an access to it. It was managed by Hekter.

In the beginning we used 120 000 PHP from there for our Resistance Wars but in vain. The money was transferred by Hekter to our MoD and vice MoD and was used for supplies. After that I have several other requests to Hekter for financing of the army but I got no reply from him. So I decided to get a control of that org too.
Now I have it.
I haven’t spent anything since I got it as our battles were fine even without financing. Currently we have there 790 Gold and 782825 PHP. I think it is a good idea that the Bank is directed by someone else than the President but keeping his commands of course.

As Hekter is not very active – I can be the one to take care of the Bank, if the next President is ok of course. I am ready to do carefully that job and to make public reports for the spends. We have quite a good amount of money here and we have to spend them reasonably.



Wars

After the fiasco of the Resistance wars I have contacted the President of Indonesia to settle our relations. We have agreed with him Indo to return 3 of our regions back and Philippines not to participate officially in battles against them.
I still believe that it was a good agreement for our country. However I was accused being a dictator and signing deals at the back of the society. Anyway, I take a full responsibility and I would do it again as I believe that it was a good move.
Unfortunately – the agreement was not kept by the Indonesians. The explanation of their CP was that he can not control his people good enough.

So having only one region, our only choice was to NE them and to start a new big war. Maybe it was not the most reasonable move but it was the only way to keep our dignity and to show to the e-world that even the small countries should be respected.

I have waited the elections to pass, in order to secure our Congress and then I have pressed the Attack button…
We were lucky and our allies helped us a lot, so by now we have all our original regions back.

If it was possible I would offer Indonesia a peace. However the rules of the game do not allow it – we must fight at least 7 days with them.

In the meantime they have voted us NE as well so we have to expect a fierce counter attack..
Anyway – they know pretty well why we have attacked and I believe that we can come to an agreement with them in next month..


Domestic Affairs

From the very beginning my idea was to have a Cabinet with representatives of all Parties and groups in ePhilippines. I am really proud that I have succeeded in it!
We have shown that we can cope very fine together. This is something we should keep! We can be successful only if we are united!



Next President

As I have written already – I am sure that my second term will be much better. So most probably I will try again in some of the next months.
At this month we have 3 very strong candidates. Two of them were a part from my team – that tells how serious they are, and Marie is a great player too!
To be honest I do not have a favorite. I wish a good luck to all of them and my only advice is to try to keep our society united!

As a conclusion I would like to say that it was a pleasure for me to be a Country President of ePhilippines and I have really tried to give my best!
