Poll Results and Next Poll

Day 1,299, 10:23 Published in Ireland Ireland by Anthony Colby

Hello all. As promised I will give you the results of the poll that many of you filled out in the last article. Thank you to all who responded. This poll was on military matters that concern Ireland.

Question one was "What do you think of the IA?"

17% of you think the IA is Great, 30% feel it is Good, 48% think it is OK while 17% of you Hate it. (Yes the numbers don't equal 100% as you could check multiple boxes.) It seems that the majority who answered are satisfied with the IA. An equal amount of citizens love and hate it.

Question two "Should the war with the UK continue?"

74% of respondents think the war with the UK should end.

Question three was "What is the most important region of Ireland?"

Dublin came in with 61%, next was Cork with 43% followed by Wexford and Shannon with 22% each. Louth and Mayo followed up with 17% each.

Last but not least was "Do you consider Northern Ireland a region of Ireland?"

A strong 83% said yes.

Take from these results what you will. I won't try to interpret the results for you. That is up to you. Thank you to all who responded. I would appreciate shouts and subscriptions for all future polls in order to try to increase the number of respondents. A larger sampling of citizens will give a greater accuracy to the polls.

The next poll is on Irish Society. It can be found HERE.

Thanks again.

Anthony Colby.
