Places that Britain should eye up...

These are some places that Britain should look at as potential takeover areas. Britain, as we all know, desperately wants to be a leading superpower. Currently we are lying in 15th place, after recently taking the two provinces across the Atlantic known as Prince Edward Island and Newfoundland and Labrador. Either we expand across that way, or we try to work ourselves in other directions.

Exhibit A

Nova Scotia - Poland

Nova Scotia. More Scottish than Scotland.

This move could possibly be a risky one, but in a dog eat dog world risks have to be taken. Poland has alliances with such countries as Sweden and Serbia, who also have alliances with us, so the Government might see this as too big an attack to try it. This has a sort of World War One feel to it, with the Entente Cordial, where Britain were friends with Russia through the friendship with France.

Exhibit B

Azores - Mexico

Heaven on Earth. Ideal for a well-deserved holiday.

Neighbours with Newfoundland and Labrador, this small archipelago in the middle of the Atlantic might be an ideal spot. Unfortunately, Mexico have alliances with Sweden and Indonesia, but the Government might want to test the water and see how strong these actually are.

Exhibit C

Flanders - Belgium

Flanders the place, not Ned Flanders.

Probably our best bet if the Government wants new land. Not only does it offer a route into Europe, but also Belgium has only two alliances and less than five hundred people between her three regions. Not only is it safe, but then there is also Brussels and Wallonia to add afterwards, giving us a European mainland stronghold. Also, one provides fruit, a resource deeply lacking in Britain and Ireland.

To summarise, Britain should attempt to get onto the mainland, meanwhile strengthening our regions elsewhere. This is only if we want more land and isn't necessary.
