If any of you reading this have ever want to be president, then please heed this advice: Make back-up plans. Make back-up plans for your back-up plans. And make some more for good measure.

People of Switzerland, I wish I could come to you and say that a liberation is guaranteed, but as of now, I can't. Almost all of our negotiation efforts have hit dead ends. The few that still promise success have no set date... we could be free tomorrow or next Tuesday, depending on the whim of our occupiers.

At this moment in time, we as a community have little left to lose. I ask you to hold on and lend me your trust in the coming weeks. If there is a solution, if there is a possible way for us to come together once more as a country, we will find it. If not... well, we did our goddamn best.



In other news, Swiss militia funding will officially kick off tomorrow. The response to our initial survey has been promising, with both the Sons of Anarchy and the Swiss Guard signing up. With some hard work and dedication, we can turn this experiment into a great success.

And that's pretty much all, folks. I'm glad I got the oppurtunity to publish this article (actually wanted to do it yesterday, but what with the newspapers being down and such...). Speaking of yesterday, along with the removal of work skill the admins also killed organization newspapers. Which means that my team and I will be delivering select news personally.

One last thing. Sadly, Srog Norkstag has resigned as Minister of Interior due to RL commitments and a growing disinterest for the game. I am sorry to see him leave, but I'm glad to say GORANJ has already agreed to join us as his replacement.
