Pearlshire For Congress in Flanders!

Day 762, 20:14 Published in United Kingdom United Kingdom by Jake Pearlshire

Dear readers,

Who am I:
My name is Jake Pearlshire and I've been a citizen in the eUK for a few months. I was born in Moscow Region, and moved around for a while, experiencing many different cultures, but I soon realised where I belong and I moved back to the eUK (after already visiting before). Throughout the past year that I’ve been playing, I’ve seen the world of politics play on the sidelines, and now I am slowly moving into it. I’ve fought in many wars in the past on many sides, and now I am trying to make a commitment to fight a battle every day I can . As far as my personality goes, I’m a pretty easygoing guy overall, but I can push something if I really have too/want to. I’m very friendly too, so if you want to send a friend request, I’ll accept it and say hello.

This region:
Flanders is a region that has been very crucial in today’s politics, but its people unheard, and when it was independent, it had been made a puppet state in the past (Spain and US are 2 examples). This time I will make sure that doesn’t happen, and I will be willing to represent the people’s say.

My views and goals:
My political views are very simple, a centrist liberal. I’m not in Stalin’s backyard, but I’m no Reagan. I support the eUK and UNL armies. My goals will be to have your say on things be represented through my power as a congressman. I will admit I am not perfect, and naturally I am a bit biased about issues to a certain extent. One thing I will try to do is getting us active in the regional forum. We don’t even have a section for Flanders, do we? One thing I will promise you is I will do all I can to get you a regional section in the forum for Flanders. That way you will be able to have your say discussed to the public (and it would be easier for me to use your ideas for issues to vote on). Noting that I have been playing for a year, I will help out noobs when it comes to things like what to do to find the right jobs, where to go on our eUK forum to become more involved, etc.

My Party:
My political party is TUP (The Unity Party), which is a center left party. For more information click here. But I do not blindly follow my own party. Bearing that in mind, I listen to what members of other parties say, even if they do not agree with my political views (I have friends with many different political views – RL and eRep).

Good luck to my opponents, and voters, please consider me for your choice in the elections this 25th of December, Christmas Day

Thank you,

Jake Pearlshire
