What happened to the Player Advancement Program? All of a sudden it disappeared.
A bit about PAP
PAP was the result of combining SAWGO (Tariq's program aiding players above level 25 with weapons and food) and NPP (Wil's program who did the same as SAWGO, but only for players under Level 25). Players requested supplies in a form and then the staff (Which i was also in, and the funny thing is, if i wasn't in PAP i wouldn't have requested to join DBI) would see the sheet and distribute the supplies to them. It wasn't hard work and the supplies were delivered every week. I think that it was through donations at first, but i'm sure that it transfered to government funding later on. There were also mentors who took the players (Under level 25) under their wings and mentored and helped them.

Now, it would be really nifty if SAWGO came back as the program it used to be with goverment funding. If the government can't afford it, i understand, but it would really help the people (Like me, AdUnit and others who rely on MU weapon drops)

I can vouch for that. Wilpanzer & Tasmyn both donated weapons as soon as I introduced myself. The idea is there but the administration might be lacking.

Yeah I wouldn't bother. Current government is...less than willing
