Join the new world

Ich wurde in der Vergangenheit oft gefragt ob ich das Amt des Landespräsidenten übernehmen möchte, doch dachte ich immer so lange es andere Kandidaten gibt überlasse ich es jenen. Nun wurde unsere eNation immer öfter von Krisen geschüttelt, auf die ich jedoch nicht näher eingehen möchte. So fand ich es jetzt an der Zeit das ich das Angebot, mich als Kandidat für den Landespräsident aufstellen zu lassen, annehme. Es wäre mir eine Ehre und eine Verpflichtung eÖsterreich wieder zu konsolidieren und uns einen angemessenen Platz in der Neuen Welt zu erkämpfen, jedoch nicht auf militärischem Weg, denn dies wäre ein aussichtsloses Unterfangen.

Im echten Leben habe ich gelernt, dass eine Gemeinschaft nur dann stark sein kann, wenn jeder seine Talente und Stärken einbringen und zur Entfaltung bringen kann. Also geht meine Bitte an euch helft mir ein guter Präsident in einer noch besseren Gemeinschaft zu werden. Damit sind auch, aber nicht nur meine Kabinettsmitglieder gemeint.

Da sich viele jetzt wohl denken, was sind das jetzt für neue Kürzel, werde ich dies kurz erklären.

CoC-Chief of Cabinet / Kabinettschef
Er hat die Aufgabe sich darum zu kümmern, dass das Kabinett nicht in endlosen Diskussionen untergeht sondern eine friedliche Zusammenarbeit möglich ist. Außerdem ist er auch mein Stellvertreter, wenn dies von Nöten sein sollte.

MoFA-Minister of Foreign Affairs / Außenminister
Er vertritt eÖsterreich in Verhandlungen mit anderen Nationen oder bei Bündnissen.
SoR-Secretary of Reconnaissance / Staatssekretäre für Auslandsaufklärung
Dies ist die größte Gruppe in meinem Kabinett. Sie sollen so viele Informationen über die Vorgänge in anderen Ländern sammeln wie sie in ihrer viel zu knapp bemessenen Zeit können. Außerdem sollen sie sowohl MoD, MoFA und mich bei Verhandlungen mit ausländischen Institutionen unterstützen so gut sie können.

MoD-Minister of Defense / Verteidigungsminister
Er ist dafür zuständig unser Land vor “feindlichen” Übergriffen zu schützen, was sowohl auf diplomatischem (Verhandlungen mit Freund und Feind), wirtschaftlichem (Notfalls anwerben von Söldnern) und militärischem (Ausgabe von Ordern, Waffen und Nahrung) Weg geschieht.
QM-Quartermaster / Quartiermeister
Sie sind für dafür zuständig Notfallreserven anzulegen, um diese gegebenenfalls als Nachschub in Kampfeinsätzen zur Verfügung zu stellen. Der Begriff den ich hierfür verwendet habe ist schon etwas älter trifft es aber am besten.
XO-Executiv Officer / Ausführender Offizier
Er ist derjenige der den Informationsfluss in den Militäreinheiten gewährleisten soll.

MoF-Minister of Finance / Finanzminister
Zuständig für die Verwaltung und Verteilung unserer staatlichen Geldbestände.
SoI-Secretary of Infrastructure / Staatssekretäre für Infrastruktur
Diese werden darauf achten, dass Güter und Arbeitsplätze zur Verfügung stehen. Also den Aufbau und Betrieb von ausreichend Industrie im Land überprüfen und fördern.
SoFR-Secretary of Fund Raising / Staatssekretäre für Geldmittelbeschaffung
Eintreiben von Schulden, und erhöhen des Geldbestandes mit Spenden (hoffentlich auch aus dem Ausland) ist ihr Aufgabenbereich.

MoE-Minister of Education / Minister für Bildung
Er hat den Auftrag neue Guides zu erstellen und bestehenden Guides zu neuem Glanz zu verhelfen, außerdem unseren eBabys in Sachen Regelwerk und Gesetze zur Seite zu stehen. Für materielle Hilfe sind die SoI zuständig.
Tutors / Tutoren
Diese sollen Ministern, Staatssekretären und mir in fraglichen Momenten mit gutem Rat zur Seite stehen.
SoC-Secretary of Community and Communication / Staatssekretäre für Gemeinschaft und Kommunikation
Dies ist eine Doppelabteilung da das eine nicht ohne das andere funktioniert. Der Staatssekretär für Gemeinschaft soll versuchen möglichst viel Spaß in unser eLeben zu bringen, was uns hoffentlich noch mehr zusammenschweißt, und der Staatssekretär für Kommunikation soll darauf achten, dass wir alle auch miteinander kommunizieren und nicht nur schimpfen, also als eine Art Moderator fungieren.

Jeden von meinen Ministern habe ich ganz bewusst die Stelle angeboten die er nun inne hat, auch wenn ich mir manche in anderen Positionen erhofft hätte. Sollte noch jemand das Verlangen fühlen eine Position in meinem Kabinett zu bekleiden, dann darf er sich jederzeit bei Schwrzwolf oder mir melden.

Sollte ich nicht gewählt werden, werde ich natürlich wieder als Finanzminister zur Verfügung stehen.



I was often asked in the past if I wanted to take over the office of the State President, but I always thought as long as there are other candidates I leave it to those. Now our eNation was increasingly shaken by crises, but which I will not go into. So I thought it was now time that I accept the offer to let me put up as a candidate for the country's president. It would be an honor and an obligation eAustria again to consolidate and fight for us a proper place in the New World, but not by military means, because this would be a futile exercise.

In real life, I've learned that a community can be strong only if everyone can contribute his talents and strengths and bring it to unfold. So is my request to you help me a good president in an even better community to be. Thus also, but not only, my Cabinet members are meant.

As many now probably thinking, what are the new shortcuts for now, I'll explain this shortly.

CoC-Chief of Cabinet
He has the task to take care, that the Cabinet does not go down in endless discussions but peaceful cooperation is possible. In addition, he is also my deputy, should this be needed.

MoFA-Minister of Foreign Affairs
He represents eAustria in negotiations with other nations or alliances.
SoR-Secretary of Reconnaissance
This is the largest group in my cabinet. They should collect as much information about the operations in other countries as they can in their way too little time available. Moreover, they should either MoD, MoFA and me support in negotiations with foreign institutions as well as they can.

MoD-Minister of Defense
He is responsible to protect our country from "enemy" attacks, which either diplomatic (negotiation with friend and foe), economic (emergency recruit mercenaries) and military happens (issuing orders, weapons and food).
QM-Quartermaster
They are responsible for applying emergency reserves to make them available as supply in combat missions as necessary. The term I used for this is a bit dated but it fits most.
XO-Executive Officer
He is the one who will ensure the information flow in the military units.

MoF-Minister of Finance
Responsible for the management and distribution of our state money holdings.
Sol-Secretary of Infrastructure
Them will ensure that goods and jobs are available. So they check and promote the installation and operation of adequate industry in the country.
SoFR-Secretary of Fund Raising
Debt collection, and increase the money stock as donations (also from abroad hopefully) is their area of ​​responsibility.

MoE-Minister of Education
He has commissioned to create new guides, and to help existing guides to new heights, also to assist our eBabys in terms of rules and laws. For material aid the Sol are responsible.

SoC-Secretary of Community and Communication
This is a double section since one does not work without the other. The Secretary of Community should try to bring as much fun in our e-life as possible, which hopefully means we stay even closer, and the Secretary of Communication to make sure that we all communicate with each other and not just ranting, so act as a moderator.

In any of my ministers I have deliberately offered the position he has now held, even if I had some hopes in other positions. Should anyone still feel the desire a position in my cabinet to hold, then he may at any time report to Schwrzwolf or me.

Should not I be elected, I will of course be available as Minister of Finance.
