New military module update!

Now, in our militaries, we will have divisions. These divisions will divide eRepublik players up into groups, based on their levels and experience points. The following are the divisions:

"National Guard": Levels 1-24, Experience Points 0-4,999
"Soldiers": Levels 25-29, Experience Points 5,000-24,999
"Special Forces": Levels 30-36, Experience Points 25,000-59,999
"Tanks": Levels 37+, Experience Points 60,000+

So, since I am level 28, I will be in the Soldiers division. Also, I have around 18,400 experience points. Now I will only fight in the 2nd division until I get to level 30 and over 25,000 experience points.

Now I will discuss the battles and how to win the battles. Every division will fight against the other country’s equal division. To win the battle, one country (or their division) must reach 1800 domination points. (Domination points are gained by keeping the percentage bar over 50% for your side.) Whichever country’s division wins their certain battle will gain campaign points. If one country wins a division one battle, then they gain the campaign points for a division one win (which is just what I’m calling it). The campaign points won for each battle in each division are as follows:

National Guard: 1 campaign point gained
Soldiers: 2 campaign points gained
Special Forces: 3 campaign points gained
Tanks: 5 campaign points gained

Example: Say there is a war going on between France and Slovenia. France’s division one (National Guard) will be battling against Slovenia’s division one (National Guard). France’s division two (Soldiers) will be battling against Slovenia’s division two (Soldiers) and so on. If, say, in the first battle, France wins division one and division four while Slovenia wins division two and division three. Then France has 6 campaign points and Slovenia has 5 campaign points. That keeps going for the next battles.

A campaign can last up to 15 battles. For a country to win a campaign, they must gain 83 campaign points. If one country reaches 83 campaign points in less than 15 battles, the campaign will still end.

Each division, on each side, will have their own Battle Hero who is awarded with the Battle Hero Medal. Since there are different amounts of difficulty in getting a Battle Hero Medal for different divisions, a different amount of gold will be awarded to the different Battle Heroes. 🙂 Kind of confusing, but you’ll understand. Here are the amounts of gold awarded for getting the Battle Hero Medal in each division:

National Guard: 2 gold awarded the Battle Hero Medal
Soldiers: 3 gold awarded for Battle Hero Medal
Special Forces: 4 gold awarded for the Battle Hero Medal
Tanks: 5 gold awarded for the Battle Hero Medal

One of the minor changes is the actual fighting part. When you go to defeat an enemy, you used to have to click the “Fight” button several times to defeat them. Now you only have to click once, and you will instantly defeat your enemy. Your health that was needed to defeat that enemy will still be taken away, just at one time. Also, you will still gain the experience points and rank points you would normally gain from defeating that player. Everything in this aspect is the same, but it is an instant kill when you click the “Fight” button.

If you have any questions about the changes, please ask me! I will be here to help! 😃
