New add - RETIREMENT

Since we have start to pay taxes when we work as managers i think plato must add retirement too. How this is gone happen ? From the taxes the state collects some ammount will kept for the player and when he decides he will be able to close his factories and take every day a ammount of that money .
To be more fair each level of companie must have different tax and a limit must be placed in order to a player can retire ,for example 70 level or 1 year in game
