Návrh na vytvorenie armádneho zboru

Po zvolení nášho prezidenta Andrejka, som bola poverená vytvoriť armádny
zbor. Tu je môj návrh, ktorý čerpá hlavne zo zdrojov Compagna, gutinha, Andrejko, Rumpil, smrtan,
Mr.Skin a ďalších.

Prečo mať vlastne organizovanú armádu ?
Možnosť utajovať armádne príkazy.
Distribácia zbraní.
Načasovnie útokov.
Plánovanie možných škod v bitkách.
Inštitucionalizovať organizáciu pre dobrovoľné nevojenské aktivity.


Prečo ho nastaviť teraz?
Keďže
sa chystáme zapojiť do prípravy vojny, aj keď nepotrebujete armádu
počas prípravy vojny, je dobrým zvykom nastaviť a skúšobnej organizácie.

Sily
Je
dôležité, aby všetci občania eSlovakia pocit, že majú miesto v
armádneho zboru, že armádny zbor je pomôcť im, a že to nie je len pre
elitnej skupiny vojakov minúť dane. Tieto skupiny sú navrhnuté tak, aby
vyhovovali zručností a požiadaviek jednotlivých občanov.

Domov Divízia
To
bude otvorená všetkým, a noví občania budú vyzvaní, aby sa k tejto
divízie. Členovia budú vždy len byť nariadené bojovať v obrane
eSlovakia, a preto nemôžu byť povolaní k boju vo vojnách v zahraničí,
aj keď sa môže dobrovoľník. Členovia Kongresu a prezidenta sa môžu
zúčastniť tejto divízie.

Mobilná divízia (mechanizovanej brigády?)
Pre vojakov z pevnosti 4 (navrhol, aby sa preskúmanie) a vyššie. Musia byť ochotní bojovať vo vojnách, ako obranu eSlovakia.

Special Forces divízie
Ako
armádny zbor rastie, a ako zvýšiť naši vojaci v hodnosti a vojenské
skúsenosti môžeme pridať skupiny špeciálnych síl. S vrstvami sily /
kategória pomáha s plánovaním a bitky udeľovať rozkazy.

Existujúce Army
SSP
už pripravil svoju vlastnú armádu, ako občania oslobodzovacej armády.
To by mohlo byť začlenené do hlavného armádneho zboru, snáď ako súčasť
divízie Home. Podporovať dobré komunikačné iné skupiny, ktoré môžu
prezentovať sa ako ready-vytvorené jednotky v rámci jednej z hlavných
divízií - napríklad sme mohli brigada Sokker.

Štruktúra velenia
Predseda
bude Commander-in-Chief, ktorý dá pokyn veliteľa armády. Minister
obrany nebude vo výkonnej velenia, ak sa minister aj veliteľ kurzu.

Po
prvom stanovení armádneho zboru, veliteľ bude zodpovedať za všetky
organizačné, logistické, rozpočtové a taktických záležitostiach. Môže
prijímať viac zamestnancov, podľa potreby, a môže vyzvať ministra
obrany pre radu. Rozpočtové a organizačné zmeny budú navrhol kapitán a
schválená ministrom.

Kapitán a minister obrany navrhne predseda a schváli v-forum hlasovania.
Bude
kapitán každej divízie, teda nie viac ako 5 veliteľa brigády na
veliteľa divízie, teda nie viac ako 5 veliteľa práporu na veliteľa
brigády s veliteľovi práporu na starosti viac ako 10 vojakov (malé
prápory!). Spočiatku sa očakáva, že bude iba jeden brigády v každej
oblasti, takže pozície veliteľa brigády nebude potrebné.

Zbrane
Ako
sme si stanovuje, budeme uvažovať o zamestnávaní vojakov v mobilnej a
špeciálnej divízie v armáde-beh zbrane továrne, a aj v železo
spoločností v iných krajinách. To by bolo dobrovoľné. Poďme si armáda
bude prvý, potom sa pozrite na možnosti financovania zbraní a
vojenskej-priateľsky naklonené zamestnanosti - musí byť prepustený v
krátkom čase tak, že vojaci môžu cestovať do zahraničia.

Komunikácia
To
bude vykonávať novinových článkov pre občanov, ktorí nemajú v armáde, a
fórum správ pre členov armády. Prístup k utajovaným objednávky bude
nakoniec časť priestoru na fóre.

Mená a Insignia
Prosím, ponúknuť svoje pripomienky k prijatiu mená RL slovenské armády a odznaky.

EN: Proposal for the Army Corps

When he was elected, Andrejko commissioned me to set up an Army Corps and smrtan wished me to continue. Here is the outline of my proposal, which draws heavily on suggestions made by, and assistance from Compagno, gutinho, Andrejko, Rumpil, smrtan, Mr.Skin and others.

Why have an organised army?
Confidentiality of orders;
Distribution of weapons;
Timing of attacks;
Planning of possible damage in a battle;
Structured organization usable for voluntary non-military objectives.

Why set it up now?
Because we are about to join in a training war, and although you do not need an army during a training war it is good practice to set up and test the organization.

Forces
It is important that all citizens of eSlovakia feel that they have a place in the Army Corps, that the Army Corps is there to help them, and that it is not just for an elite group of soldiers to spend taxes. The following groups are proposed to suit the skills and requirements of different citizens.

Home Division
This will be open to all, and new citizens will be encouraged to join this division. Members will only ever be ordered to fight in the defence of eSlovakia, they will never be called upon to fight in wars abroad, though they may volunteer. Congress members and the President may join this division.

Mobile Division (Mechanised Brigades?)
For soldiers of Strength 4 (suggested, to be reviewed) and above. Must be willing to fight in wars other than the defence of eSlovakia.

Special Forces Division
As the Army Corps grows, and as our soldiers increase in rank and military experience we can add a special forces group. Having layers of strength/rank helps with battle planning and giving orders. Special Forces should not only be high rank and strength, but they should also be active, online a lot, able to use their initiative in changing situations and able to respond to IRC orders.

Existing Army
The SSP has already set up its own army, as the Citizens Liberation Army. This could be incorporated into the main Army Corps, perhaps as part of the Home Division. To promote good communication other groups could present themselves as a ready-formed unit within one of the main divisions – for example we could have the Sokker brigada. All such groups must be willing to follow orders from the Commandant or their Division Commander in the same way as all other units within the Army Corps.

Command Structure
The President will be the Commander-in-Chief, who will instruct the Army Commandant. The Minister of Defence will not be in the executive chain of command, unless the Minister is also the Commandant of course.

After the initial establishment of the Army Corps, the Commandant will be responsible for all organizational, logistical, budgetary and tactical matters. He may recruit staff as necessary, and may call upon the Minister of Defence for advice. Budgetary and organizational changes will be proposed by the Commandant and approved by the Minister.

The Commandant and Minister of Defence will be proposed by the President and approved by an in-forum vote.
There will be a commander of each division, then no more than 5 brigade commanders per division commander, then no more than 5 battalion commanders per brigade commander, with battalion commanders in charge of no more than 10 soldiers (small battalions!). Initially it is expected that there will only be one brigade in each division, so the position of brigade commander will not be necessary.

To clarify: The Minister will have no place in the chain of command for orders - overall strategic orders would go from the President to the Commandant, who would decide how to achieve them. Initially I expect the chain of command for executive orders to be Commandant-Division Commander-Battalion Commander-Soldier.


Weapons
As we get established, we will consider employing soldiers in the Mobile and Special Divisions in army-run weapons factories, and also in iron companies in other countries. This would be voluntary. Let us get the army going first, then look at the options for funding weapons, and for military-friendly employment – the need to be fired at short notice so that soldiers can travel abroad.

Communication
This will be carried out by newspaper articles for citizens who are not in the military, and by forum messages for members of the military. Access to classified orders will eventually be part of a restricted area of the forum. IRC will also be used in conjunction with the forum.

Organisations
The Army Corps will need organisations within eRep to facilitate the rapid issue and change of orders published via newspaper, the distribution of weapons and other logistical issues. We can start with one, the Ministerstvo obrany SR, then expand as budget and army size allows.

Names and Insignia
