My Fellow Americans -

For those of you who thought you had seen the last of me, I have but one thing to say: you were sorely mistaken. Francis J. Underwood does not simply fade into the shadows when faced with adversity. No, I rise above it, stronger and more determined than ever.

I am back, my friends. Back in this raucous game we call politics, back with a vengeance. My adversaries thought they could take me down, but they underestimated my will to succeed. They thought they could silence my voice, but they only made it stronger.

My father - pitiful as he was - always told me that power is not given, it is taken. And let me assure you: I am here to take back what is rightfully mine. I will not rest until I have reclaimed my rightful place.

So, to all those who doubted me, who thought they could bury me with their lies and deceit, I have one message for you: I have returned to saunter around corridors of power.

Buckle up my friends; this ride is just beginning. Francis Underwood is back in town, and I plan to shake things up like never before. God bless you all, and God Bless America.
