The official story and beggining of war are connected to a failure of TW
between ROC and Philippines and previous president sansae2 was blamed for

-Continue the TW
-Dont sign MPP with China
-Rent them Palawan and Mindanao
What happens next ? Philippines side accepts all terms but ROC congress
rejects their own terms day later.
Second peace terms from ROC congress:
- Public apology from Philippines government
Philippines side accepts to apologize to ROC but in next 24 hours ROC
congress rejected that apology.
