I anounce the following game for all Military Units in eIndonesia:

3x100 tanks, which will be delivered to the winning Military Unit’s commander.

Time:
20th of December 2011, erep day 1491 all day long

Task:
I issue an article on this day at a random hour. This article have to be commented/subbed/voted by as many soldiers of a MU as possible in two hours. The clock for this MU starts at the moment when any leader (commander, 2nd commander, captain) of the MU C+V+Ses the article. Write the name of the MU in the comment.


Winning Condition:
-Military Unit has more than 20 members.
-In the two hours following the first comment by a Military Unit leader the largest PERCENT of members C+V+S on the article.

Mission:
To emphasise the importance of mobilisation in a Military Unit.

How is this going to look like in practice?
-A MU member see the article appearing.
-This member alerts the leader of the MU.
-The leader alerts all members of the MU.
-The leader comments under the article. ( 2h starts)
-All alerted members comment+vote+sub under article in the next two hours.
-Win if you have the percentage.
-In case of equal percentage (draw) the earlier timestamp of the MU leader decide
