3. The third thing you must know is that there is always someone to answer your questions. If you have a question or a query, don’t bottle it up. All you need do is ask, and you will be answered. Older Citizens: Do your part

The main difficulty with keeping players involved in the game is that for the first while in your eLife, you are alone in a strange and complicated world. This bridge needs to be gapped, and it is not solely the Ministry of Community’s job to do it. We all have the responsibility. We can help the Community in four ways:

1. IMPORTANT NOTICE TO ALL COMPANY MANAGERS: This is where your responsibility comes in. The first place New Citizens will contact is your company, in the form of a job. I ask you to provide news of their arrival to the Ministry of Community by publishing their name in the forums.

The Company Manager who notifies the Ministry of the most New Citizens each month will receive my vote for Entrepreneur of the Month, with the associated prizes.

2. Any new Citizens you come across, direct them here or ask them to announce their arrivals themselves:

Alternatively, direct them to any of the above links.

3. If you are feeling particularly adventurous, you can send them the New Citizens Message. This provides them with basic information and links, hopefully persuading them to stay. Find it here!

4. If you want to go that extra mile, you can always go to eGovernmenta wonderful tool which will give you much information about everything. If you go here, and select, in order: Citizens, Limit 100, Ireland and Click on Age, this will give you the list of our New Citizens, give or take a day. Contact any of these Citizens, and send them the New Citizens Message. This will also be the job of the Minister of Community and his/her Assistants. Find eGovernment here:

That’s all for now, do your part to help the community. I know I will. Other articles concerning Fun, University, Community Activites, IRC chat etc will be out soon. I’ll leave you with the New Citizens message. Pass it on to any New Citizen you meet.

Regards,

Community Minister

New Citizens Message

Dear New Citizen

You are very welcome to eRepublik and to eIreland. I am a representative from the Ministry of the Community, whose duty it is to greet New Citizens and to provide them with assistance. You can follow these links which will give you information about the best way to start in the game and other articles about life on eRepublik. However, the first and most important things you can do are to find a job, train in the army and go to the marketplace and purchase Q1 or Q2 food. This will make sure your citizen can remain alive.

Here is a handy tutorial on how to start off in the game:

Here is the link to the eIreland forums. I encourage you to sign up as soon as possible and get involved. In particular I encourage you to go to the Community section and sign up as a New Citizen for extra help, and to seek a mentor if you so wish. A bank of New Citizen information is also in that section.

The Irish Health Ministry will help you improve your wellness. When you start, your wellness will be low. If your wellness is above 45 please apply to No. 1. If your wellness is lower than 45, then apply to No.2. If in doubt, send a message to pdiddy, your Health Minister.
