It is possible to make money with the Rubber plantation with hiring workers. you get 400 weapons raw materials which you can sell for 16 dollars and you can hire workers at 15.5. and can have 4 workers plus yourself. 18 dollars a day. 16 from you working and 4*.5=2 from the workers. it costs 35 gold and gold being 260 usd. 9100 total cost of rubber plantation. so ever 505 days you can get another rubber plantation. well i guess it is more because of the cost of food for the manager but it seems to be a pretty good way to go. though lots of people already doing it and there may be a problem with not enough workers if everyone starts doing this!
