Major Congress Bug! Everyone Is a Winner!

As it was my first time running for congress I really thought I wouldn't win. When I woke up this morning with 10 new messages one of them saying ''Congratulations, you have just been elected as a congress member for /en/USA/country-administration/1 in your country''. Well after that I was quite shock and I check to see if I could use my new powers. It didn't work so then I check my profile which had no badge. So I went over to eusforum and looked around.

What happen was we had167 senators, and all PTOs succeeded. People are proposing laws left and right to get it in before they get kicked out was pretty much mass chaos. All due to a bug in the game.

List of problems this has cause😛

-- Fraudulent law proposals
-- Fraudulent gold (do congressional winner receive gold? I would imagine they do) and medals given out
-- Fraudulent citizenship approvals

Basically what it comes down to is some admin tripped over a cord and accidentally hit the "make everyone congressman" button.This is going to take days to clean up, and they better do it well.
