I think the price for the house raffle number might be a touch high. Maybe give them 2 numbers for 40 IEP. But, it's your lotto, Silver, you decide the rules. Good luck, sir.

A bunch of tanks is not good? There are no better weapons. When they add Q6 weapons, I'll give that. Until then, tanks are the best I can do.

Fair play to Bhane for donating... and I do agree that 40iep is a bit high. Maybe a discount for newbies or lower xp citizens?
