It’s been a slice eRepublik and it’s not you, it’s me. Life gets in the way of play and my real life is about to get turned upside down. I am moving from the comfy confines of the city, into a great big farm house about 40 minutes from anywhere. I am excited, it’ll be great for my kids, it’s my partner’s dream come true, hell, maybe I’ll actually get some writing done... who knows?

What this means is that my cyber life is on hold. First because, well for the next couple of weeks, I’ll be focused on packing, moving, switching addresses over, making sure the power is set up, securing wood for the winter, you know all the mundane stuff that will assure that the fam and I survive a real Canadian winter. It might also see me be without Internet service for a while (shudder!). So ya, eRep, Clan Wolf, friends and foes, it’s been grand, but when my term as President of Clan Wolf is over, I am oughta here!

I call bullshit. eRep has the worst administration I've ever seen in 20 years of online browser based games. If I had the excuse to move to a farm far away, I would. But I'm poor and lazy, and bitter.

Homer, we're sitting on over 100 acres. We're only renting for now, it's a trial run. We're city folks seeing if we can make a stab at rural, sustainable living.
