Issue 7 - New Hospital Proposed in Austria

English Issue 7 - Der Bote - February 24th 2010 - Day 827.
Hello again,
We've decided that we're going to split the newspaper into two, one issue for the English language and another for the German language. This allows the newspaper to be shorter and more specific to a certain language - i.e. no German in the middle of an English paragraph and vice-versa. There is also a new chief editor for the Der Bote - he let me use the name too. He is Penegrin.
Thank You for reading that rather brief statement, enjoy your day!

Austrian News
The Austrian government have opened up a proposal to build the country's first hospital. If it is approved by congress then it will be built as Austria's first and only hospital - it will be a Q5 Hospital.
A bit of advice about this hospital is to move to the region in which it is being built in and this is Carinthia. That way you can heal yourself once you have fought in a fight.
Austria now needs build its first defense system, also for Carinthia. We want to keep this country safe from further attack from Croatia, Hungary and Poland - all of whom are problematic to the existence of Austria.

"The Austrian government have opened up a proposal to build the country's first hospital. If it is approved by congress then it will be built as Austria's first and only hospital"
It is not the first. The previous one (and, I'm not aware if there were more) was destroyed by Croatia.

Also, in regards to this, this is not exactly effective. If you instead just made one article with both the English and German in it, you wouldn't make anyone wonder where the other language is, or post the -same exact article- twice just in different languages.
I don't quite understand what you mean by "German in the middle of an English paragraph and vice-versa" Why would there be? You simply make the article have the English or German version first, and then after that is finished, you add the other version after.

The above is an example of what I mean.
