Is there anybody in there?

Hello my fellow Norwegians,

In this article i would like to share my concerns about something that seems to be an unpleasant surprise eventually.

It is well known that our community is small and we are facing some difficulties finding players that are active enough to contribute for the common good. Lots of reasons might occur to this since we all have our real lives that is much more important than anything in here.

This is a constant headache for the party presidents - when it comes to form the congress candidates list - or the CP candidates when it comes to form their cabinet.
They have to explain to them that, to be a member of congress or a country’s administration, it is not something you do just for taking the 5 gold from the medal. It is about helping your country become even better, with your ideas, proposals, actions. It is about helping the community be what you wanted her to be.

It is a fact though that, especially when a citizen is participating in an administration, he/she must be ready to fulfill his/her duties. They must work hard, even in small communities like our own here, and return to the voters all the trust they gave them by voting.

Any government, in order to have the best possible contact with the citizens or Congress, uses the official newspapers to inform them or guide them properly.
Announcements, agreements, battle orders are some of the most important topics that any government uses the official newspaper to update their citizens.

All that is the best case scenario. Let’s see now what happens when noone is active enough.I will use our government in this example to make a point.

I will start with our official MoFA (Minister of Foreign Affairs) newspaper that you can find here.
Easily you can see that the last article was published the day 2542.
That means 36 DAYS !!!! For 36 days the current government had nothing to say to its citizens. Is that possible?



That means that either Norway stopped every contact with other countries or talks with others -like Russia for example that still rents some of our regions- either none from the administration thinks that citizens of Norway deserve an update.


Let’s take a look now in another official newspaper:
Minister of Solidarity & Education.



We can see that the last article was published the day 2364.
That makes us 214 DAYS !!!!!!! Ofcourse this is not something that we can blame only the current government but we have to see what is going wrong.



Next we will examine maybe the most important newspaper.
The official newspaper of the MoD (Ministry of Defence).
The main target of this Ministry is to guide country’s warriors for the battle or give specific orders that will help them during the fight.
We have to consider the fact that Norway was AirStriked by Italy in an organized war plan by an opposite alliance.



You would expect that there might be an article there but as we can see, the last article was published the day 2538. Again 40 DAYS !!!!!!
What the meaning of this? Malfunction? Lack of activity? A non existent team?
I must though admit that our CP published an article from his personal newspaper with the furious title "We will prevail".
For your information, Norway didn't manage to take not even one point in this campaign.

Speaking of our CP (M. de Ruyter or van Spijck) in the end, let's take a look at his personal newspaper also and see what can we find there.

The last article is the one that i mentioned above and anyone can observe that the three previously articles either are asking votes for his political party or it is announcing his candidacy for CP for 13th time. That specific article was published the day 2541 which means that our CP in a period of 37 DAYS didn't had anything to say to eNorwegians besides that we would have prevailed but....

If we take for granted that besides anyone else in a governments team, the CP is the one that must have the closest possible relation with his country's citizens, what we are facing here is something that i will leave it to you to reach to a conclusion.

As you all know in a few days and every 15th of every month, we have the presidential elections. You have the power to claim what is better for you. Choose wisely and vote for the best.
