It's Lotto time
Rules:
- You must be an Irish Citizen
- Pick a number from 1-50
- The winning number will be the first ball drawn in the Euromillions draw on Friday 20th of May 2011
- 5 IEP per ticket
- You can buy upto 5 tickets
- If you are under level 15 then your first ticket is free. YES FREE!
- You must PM this org with your number before the draw is made on Friday night
- You must donate the ticket fee to this org before the draw is made on Friday night
Extended Rules:
- If no winner after the first ball, we proceed to the second ball and so on
- If there are no winners after all balls are drawn, the pot will roll-over to next week
- If there is more than one winner the pot will be split evenly.
- There is a guaranteed prize-fund of 500iep for this first lotto (I will cover the shortfall if there is one)
- If you don’t PM with a number it will be assumed the money is a no strings donation to the Org, so please PM this org!
- No orgs can participate

Victor, the irish community is funded by the kind donations of irish citizens.
Therefore its only fair that prizes are shared among the irish citizens.

Kavrocks, the purpose of this lotto is not to raise revenue. The 5 ticket rule has been in place for some time. I added the irish citizen rule to keep the remit of the lotto limited to the irish community.
Discriminatory would be if he said "open to everybody except eBrits" or "BCHes need not apply"... Now there's a thought...
