Iran-Russia Agreement

eRussia and eIran to strengthen mutual political and economical relations signed a trade agreeement. eSerbia and eUSA will take part as an observer of this agreement.

1. As result of a training war described in the TW schedule, the two countries give temporary control over the following territories to each other:
- eRussia gives control of Volga Vyatka to eIran;
- eRussia gives control of Urals to eIran;
- eIrand gives control of Mazarandan and Golistan to eRussia
- eIran gives control of Semnan to eRussia.

2. Once such control is established, the parties don't RW these regions from one another as long as the concession agreement is active.

3. The parties inform their allies and partners whatever the alliance of the agreement and make sure no action is taken by their armies to threaten control of eRussia over Mazarandan and Golistan and Semnan or of eIran over Volga Vyatka and Urals.

4. The concession agreement is active for 30 days since the peace treaty is accepted by both congresses, unless both country presidents of eRussia and eIran decide otherwise.

5. The concession agreement may be prolonged further if both treaty counterparts agree to it.

6. In case that after the peace treaty is made either named in #1 regions are returned to its original country in violation of this agreement, the other regions should also be returned to its original country through an RW by joint effort of eRussia and eIran.
Should such situation take place, eRussia and eIran shall look for the next mutually suitable opportunity to restore the agreement according to the TW Schedule.

7. In case if any country lose one or both regions due to rw or any direct attack , then the other country must help her to regain it by NE law (as we dont have any mutal mpp that would not be a problem)

8. In case of any attack or invasion on both country which threat forenamed regions , the involved side must release both regions immediately after the president's request of the host country until the resolution of threat.
