Beatka es una diplomática polaca. Ha trabajado como MoFA muchas veces y es compañera de partido de Sarandir (Narodowa Demokracja). Este partido ha estado envuelto en una pública controversia con el partido PI debido a sus distintos puntos de vista respecto a su e-país.

-¿Podrías decirnos algo sobre tu VR, eres polaca?, ¿porque juegas eR?

Seguro que sí. En la VR, soy una mujer adulta que vive en el suroeste de Polonia. Trabajo como administradora en un negocio. Actualmente tengo unas pequeñas vacaciones e intento relajarme lo más que puedo con mi familia y amigos.

Empecé a jugar por una persona, que me pidió que creara una cuenta y trabajara como mano de obra barata en una de sus fábricas. Un día ingresé al IRC en el canal de mi UM anterior y me agarró. No me interesa mucho mejorar mi cuenta, encontré una mejor forma de divertirme en el juego.

-¿Has sido congresista 20 veces. Como has tenido tanta paciencia?

Cuando logras ignorar el troleo y la mierda todo es más simple de sobrellevar. Tuve trabajo ahí, el resto no era muy importante para mí.

-¿Que es lo peor del partido ND y lo mejor del PI? Porque ND es mejor que el PI?

Ambos partidos tienen sus propios interesas y objetivos. Hay un montón de distintos jugadores, quienes son muy inteligente y están listos para hacer un montón de trabajo por la política polaca. Por supuesto que no siempre con el mismo punto de vista, pero intento respetar lo más que puedo y no involucrarme directamente como persona. No soy capaz de decir porque el ND es mejor que el PI, eso podría ser dicho por todos sus miembros, no solamente por mi.

-¿Recuerdas cuántas veces has trabajado como MoFA?. Algún buen logro diplomático para compartir con nosotros?

No exactamente, mi memoria es buena, pero también selectiva. Probablemente estuve trabajando en el ministerio 6 veces como MoFA/dMoFA. Devolví la fe en Spoland y demostré a mucha gente que nuestra hermandad está viva. Ese fue uno de mis objetivos y debido a muchas conversaciones y el hallazgo de soluciones comunes, todo anduvo perfecto.

-¿Un MoFA/exMoFA puede decir la verdad y sólo la verdad todo el tiempo, por ejemplo en una entrevista?

Soy honesta y buena persona, de aquellas que se enferman con las mentiras. Siempre es mejor decir la dura verdad que una mentira blanca incluso si hiere mucho más.

-En tu opinión, ¿porqué se acabó Sirius?

El principal problema en esa alianza era la falta de comunicación y el encontrar campañas militares en común. Algo se quebró, pero nadie supo como arreglarlo. Hubo unas pocas buenas acciones, todos sabíamos que podíamos contar unos con otros, pero hubo muy pocas pegadas para todos y poca cooperación de alto nivel.

-Los últimos meses han sido algo extraño para la política exterior polaca, podrías decirme sus principales fracasos y éxitos?

Sí, incluso admito que fue uno de los meses más duros en mi carrera como MoFa. Cuando no puedes tener un acuerdo al interior de tu gobierno y siempre peleas, algo se quebrará. En el último gobierno hubo dos MoFAs y pocas personas útiles, que intentasen crear una política exterior. Desde mi lado, como éxito pudo considerar el mantener buenas relaciones con muchas personas luego del quiebre de la alianza Sirius. Los errores le suceden a todos, pero es mejor concluirlos y arreglarlos que escribir sobre ellos.

-Tienes alguna autocrítica respecto de la diplomacia polaca?

Toda persona normal debería tener una autocrítica y darse cuenta que estuvo mal. Conozco mis errores, que no debo intentar hacer de nuevo o que no acordar.

-Polonia fue borrada. En tu opinión, cual fue el principal problema: político o militar?

En mi opinión, ambos tuvieron influencia en la situación actual. Se necesitaba no sólo buena organización militar, sino también algún modo de creación de relaciones con todos los países amistosos luego de dejar la alianza.

-Los críticos indican que el problema polaco es la vocación por el farmville, su egoísmo y los repentinos cambios de opinión de acuerdo a cada nuevo gobierno electo. Que piensas sobre eso?. Como diplomática, te ha sido difícil lidiar con esa opinión?

Cada país importante debe mantener sus bonos como muchos otros. Trabajar para hacer crecer a nuestros ciudadanos e incrementar los impuestos y el poder militar. También es la primera necesidad y requerimiento de nuestros ciudadanos. El resto de los países hace lo mismo. No podemos ser hipócritas y criticar algo que hacen los otros países todo el tiempo.

Si Polonia no estuvo envuelta en guerras directas fue porque no lo necesitó, y a pesar de la creencia popular, siempre apoyó a sus aliados.

Tenemos un buen sistema de pegada conde el 95% de nuestro daño diario va directamente a nuestros aliados y les entregamos (dependiendo del día) entre 40 y 80 luchadores, o más, en cada round donde decidimos pelear. Esto es una parte importante de nuestro presupuesto porque pagamos por todo, además de la DO y MoD, y manejamos todo desde nuestro lado.

Mi país, Polonia, cambia de idea como mucho otros lo hacen, pero la influencia de esa decisión tiene mayor impacto mediático. Ese es el porqué seremos más cuidados en el futuros e intentamos mantener la misma aproximación todo el tiempo.

Es difícil, pero todo lo que necesitas es encontrar buenos argumentos y explicarlos comprensiblemente.

-España fue borrado por Serbia debido a la indiferencia polaca, dos meses atrás. Luego Polonia atacó Serbia, y luego postuló a Asteria. Que habilidades necesita un MoFA polaco para mantener la amistad española?

No trabajé con El Reto, pero fueron momentos difíciles para nosotros. Queríamos ayudar a España, pero algunos tenían otros intereses. Dos meses atrás, cuando tuvimos la oportunidad de ayudar a nuestros hermanos españoles, lo hicimos. Lo hicimos con Serbia, Argentina en el pasado y lo haremos en el futuro, si es necesario nuevamente.

España nos da un montón de cosas buenas. Hay hoy muchos españoles en nuestro sistema de pegada y creemos que es una relación beneficiosa para ambos. Para mí, Spoland está sobre cualquier alianza y creo es esta hermandad. Cuando hay tiempos difíciles (como ahora) deberíamos evaluar esas cosas y ver que España está con nosotros y nosotros con ellos.

-Debido a los cambios en la política externa, ¿era predecible el actual aislamiento polaco? la postulación polaca a Asteria tenía alguna opción de ser aceptada?

La actual situación polaca se debe a una serie de decisiones con muy poco tacto y estrategia diplomática. Es notable que esas decisiones fueron tomadas por otras personas en el gobierno polaco cuyos puntos de vista eran totalmente distintos al grupo MoFA de entonces.

Hoy es difícil decir si había alguna opción de entrar a Asteria. Sólo podemos sacar conclusiones de eso para no volver a repetirlo en el futuro.

Sí, es mi foto. El artículo fue creado tiempo atrás cuando Albea hizo una serie de entrevistas a polacas que jugaban eRepublik.

Sí, siempre sean ustedes mismos y sigan sus convicciones. Incluso si molestan a otros. Y no lo olviden, eRepublik es sólo un juego para que todos nos divirtamos.

Beatka is a polish diplomatic. She has worked as a MoFA several times and is partner of polish players as Sarandir on Narodowa Demokracja party. This party has been involved on a public controversy with PI party last days due its different points of view in relation to its e-country.

-Could you tell us something about ur RL, are you polish RL?. Why do you play eR?

Sure I can. In RL I’m an adult woman living in South-West Poland. I used to work as a manager of some store. Currently I have small vacations and trying to relax as much as I can with my family and friends.

I started to play casue of one person, which asked me to create account and be cheap worker in his factories. One day I joined irc on my prevoius MU channel and I caught in that. I don’t care much for increasing my account, I found a better way to have fun in that game.

-You have been in Congress 20 times. How could you get too much patience?

When you get used to ignore trolling and bullshits all is more easy to endure. I had my work to do there, the rest were not much important for me.

-What's the worth of ND and the best of PI parties? Why ND is better than PI?

Both parties have their own interest and objectives. There is lot of different players, whose are very smart and ready to do a lot of work for polish country. Of course not always with same point of view, but I try to respect it as much as it’s not involving directly to my person. I am not able to tell why ND is better than PI, that should be provided by all members, not just me.

-Do you remember how many times u have worked as a MoFA?. Any good diplomatic achieve to share with us?

Not exactly, my memory is good, but selective. Probably I was working in that ministry 6 times as MoFA/dMoFA. I have brought back faith in Spoland and shown to many people that our brotherhood is still alive. That was one of my objectives to achieve and due to a lot of talks and finding common solutions all has become perfect.

-A Mofa or an exMoFA can say the true and just the true all the time, for example on an interview?

I am honest and good person, whose get sick of lies. It’s always better to tell the hardest true than sweet lie even if it will hurt much more.

-In your opinion, why Sirius is over?

The main problem in that alliance was lack of communication and finding common military campaigns. Something was getting to break, but no one didn’t know how to fix it. There were few good actions, everyone knew that we could count on each other but it was too less to stick well all of us and cooperate on high level.

-Last months have been a little bit odd for polish foreign affaires, could you tell me the main fail and success its of the foreign policy?

Yes, I even can admit that it was one of the hardest month in my MoFA carrier. When you can not have an agreement inside of your gov and always fight, something will break. In last gov there were two MoFAs and few “helpfully” persons, whose were trying to create foreign policy. From my side as succes I can consider maintaining good relationships with many persons after breaking of Sirius alliance. Fails happen to everyone, but it’s better to put out conclusions and fix them, than write about it.

-Do you have any self-critic in relation to the polish diplomacy?

Every normal person should have self-critic and realise what is doing wrong. I know all my mistakes and what never again try to do or for what agree.

-Poland was erased. In your opinion, what was the main problem: military or politic?

In my opinion both have an influance on our current situation. There were needed not only good organisation in military, but also some way of creating relations with all friendly countries after leaving the alliance.

-The critics indicate that Poland problem is its vocation for farmville, its selfish and its sudden changes of opinion according to the gov elected. What do you think about it?. As diplomatic, has been hard to deal with that kind of opinion?

Every important country must maintain its bonuses as much as others. It works for growing our citizens and increase collected taxes and military potential. Also it is the first need and requeriment of our citizens. Rest of countries in the world do the same. We can't be hypocritical and criticize something that also make others in the world for all the time.

If Poland was not involved in direct wars just because it wasn't needed, and despite popular belief, and always support their allies.

We have a good push system where 95% of our damage/day goes to our allies and we provide them (depending on the day) between 40-80 fighters, or more, for each round where we decide to fight. This is an important part of our budget because we pay to them all, further DO and MoD Order, and manage to do a lot of it for our side.

My country, Poland, change mind as much as others do, but the influence on these decision have a greater media impact. That’s why we will put them much more careful in the future and try to keep the same approach for all the time.

It’s hard, but all you need is finding good arguments and explain all comprehensibly.

-Spain was erased by Serbia due to the polish indifference, two months ago. Then Poland attacked Serbia, and then it applied for Asteria. What kind of skills needs a polish MoFA to keep the spanish friendship?

I didn’t work with El Reto, but that were difficult times for us. We wanted to help Spain, but some other people had another interests.
Two months ago, when we had the opportunity to help our spanish brothers, we just did it. We have done it with Serbia, Argentina in the past and will do it in the future, if it will be necessary again.
Spain gives us lot of good things. There are now many of Spaniards in our system of push and we believe that it is a beneficial relationship for both. For me, Spoland is above any alliance and I believe in this brotherhood. When there are difficult times (like now) we should value these things and see that Spain is with us and we with them.

-Due the changes of foreign politics, was it predictable the current polish isolation? the polish application to Asteria had some chances to be accepted?

Poland's current position is due to a series of decisions with very little tact and diplomatic strategy. It's noted that these decisions were taken for other people in polish goverment whose point of view was totally different than MoFA team at that time.

Nowadays it’s hard to tell if there were some changes to join Asteria. We can just pull out conclusions from that step to know what never again make in the future.

-Anything else to say?

Yes, to always be yourself and follow due to own convictions. Even in spite of others. And to not forget, that eRepublik is just a game which should make fun to all.
