Housing taxes plan

New housing taxes are probrably like this:
Income tax - 8%
Import tax - 99%
VAT - 10%

Outside companies are trying to eat all our own companies by put very big prices.

Please, all our own companies, low your prices after this propose is passed.

PS! I make propose tonight!

Other news:

-Something is happened. MPP with South Koera will active 22 August, but South Koera even dosen't exist anymore!

-If your companie needs some money, I can give some loan.

First of all, congratulations for you appointment, s33vald. And good luck.

Well, I was wondering why you are proposing increase the house import tax. If you increase the import tax then the outside companies would not sell at eThai anymore.

So, I dont think that it is a good idea cause we dont have enough house companies. Actually, we only have Utopia and they are selling houses for a high price.

I honestly think that we should try to convince more outside house companies to sell at eThai. Because we would have more offers and the price would decrease. Therefore this law will not help us.

I\'ll wait your reasons before vote against the law.

The 99% import tax should NOT be passed for 3 reasons.

1. Our aim should be to LOWER the house prices not INCREASING it.

2. Our domestic production alone does not meet demand (at a realistic price, houses will be sold very quick in eThailand but that wouldn\'t happen today of course)

3. The \"99% tax\" will send out a message that the eThai government is either amateur, or nepotistic, or both.

Therefore, I urge all congressmen to vote AGAINST such proposal.

s33vald - try to gather people that obviously know what to do in their areas, and lead the government. I see some really active and intelligent people here, so offer them Cabinet positions in their areas and start building your nation.

Thailand have good position now, since it hitted bottom already - everything you do now will only help country.
