High Profitable company for sale

Hello everyone 🙂
I am selling a potentially high profitable Q1 diamonds company located at the Northeast region. The company has 2 active licences, stock of diamonds that is currently at the market of Ireland waiting to be sold, a few cash in to keep the company running and a few open job spots.
As you can see from the above, it is a very active and potentially high profitable company. The extra licence alone worths 20 gold, and the stock in market is around 2 gold with current prices.
I am selling it for under 20 gold (remember that current worth can be calculated up to 42 gold), which is less than 50% of asset price.
As I would like to sell it fast because I am moving away, the price of 19,5 gold that i ask for the company is negotiable.

The region has medium productivity, but this is not a reason for you to be that negative 😉

it's negative of course, the company has half of the produtivity than gauteng.

I know it is a medium region and so a lower productivity. I was refering to the comment "dont buy it". I mean, you all know the region, it is obvious afterall 🙂
