I actually don't know much about Guerrilla Fights myself, but a friend of mine wrote a very good tutorial for the Department of Education newspaper some time ago: http://www.erepublik.com/en/article/-doe-guide-to-guerilla-fights--2412104/1/20 It may be a bit outdated now, but I hope it helps you.
