For some time now the average wage has been ridiculously high, currently standing at 244.87GBP. This means that for each manager work, you have to pay 1% (work tax) of the average wage, or 2.4487GBP. This is more than 8 times higher than in other countries that have an average wage around 30GBP.


What is average wage and why is it so high?


The average wage is the monthly average or all wages in 30 days divided by the number of clicks (for salary) in 30 days. So the average wage is mostly influenced by players who are employing others and not those who only have WAM production. However, it is affecting everyone.

In order for the average to be so high, two or more players have to conspire and pay each other ridiculously high salaries, most probably salaries in 5 digits. The most obvious suspect becomes BigAnt and You may call me V. However, after careful investigation, I'm confident that these two are not involved in average wage spike. The culprit is someone else. Someone who has resources and motive to do this to eUK and/or for his/her own benefit.


What is the solution?


There are several things we can do collectively. The first one is that all employers contact their workers and arrange paying their wages via donations, while setting them to work for the minimal wage. This will greatly reduce the total wages and the workers would also get slight increase since they wouldn't have to give 1% to the state anymore. Employers can also give goods in exchange. Whatever is more suitable for them. It is important that as many of us as possible do this so we can start reducing the average wage.

Second part that we can do now is to massively send tickets to admins about the issue. Message 3 of your friends and tell them to message 3 other friends from UK and send tickets to admins requesting to either change the calculation of average wage or to stop people who are exploiting its weaknesses. The example of the ticket:


"Dear Support,

For days now, someone's has been exploiting your rule on calculating the average wage by giving ridiculously high wage and getting it back. This has caused the average wage to sky-rocket and almost all production profitless. Please fix how you calculate the average wage because people are leaving the game or catch the culprit!

What's new on ATO front?


ATO operations are still under way and will be over after Congress elections in several days. The newest information is that the PTO group is sending messages to players in many countries. Few days ago, players in eLithuania were getting invitations to join their ranks and today I've received information that players in eNew Zealand are getting the same letter:

This means that Congress members should be cautious while accepting new citizens and the best is to approve only the people you know well.

The number of PTOers who left the country since the start of ATO is up to 20 now, but around 60 of them are still left so don't let the door open eUK.
