Greeting, my comrades in arms. I am pleased to officially announce EZC's second ever Forum Avatar Contest. The first competition was held 2 summers ago. The undisputed winner & holding this title for 2 years was/is our beloved WhydoIbother with this sexy avatar, well representing EZC imagery and ideals.

Recently, he acquired a new avatar provided from submissions from EZC members in the forum. The submissions were voted on in a series of polls which resulted in the winner being chosen as the avatar below.

The ever gracious, WhydoIbother, has agreed to abstain from this year's exciting competition after suggesting it in the first place. We can all agree that his new avatar is pretty dope and it's creator, synhro, will be a tough challenge in the upcoming contest. Perhaps, this year's winner would be willing to go up against Whydoibother head to head? We'll all have to wait and see on that one.
Rules

The rules are simple. To enter, you must post your forum avatar image in the EZC Forum. Your avatar must be wearing an EZC uniform. Your forum avatar must match the avatar you post in this thread.


Deadline

The deadline for contest entry will be Saturday, August 1. You have a little than 2 weeks to get creative and create that new avatar you've been procrastinating on. Like the one you got? Stick with it and post your entry soon. Currently, we have 18 avatars submitted.


Prizes

1st Place: 25 gold & Best Forum Avatar forum title (optional)
2nd place: 10 gold
3rd place: 5 gold

One lucky entrant will be chosen at random to receive 5 gold.


How this works

Avatars will face off in rounds of polls head to head. Each round of polls will last one week. The final round of polling will consist of one poll with the top 2 avatars represented. There may be times when when an odd number of avatars results from polling. When this occurs, either one poll will include 3 avatars or one avatar will automatically advance to the next round based on superior merit from polling. The participation prize of 5 gold will be determined and distributed shortly after the deadline and before the first round of polling.
