Greetings citizens of eJapan and of the eworld, considering the fact that we don't have MoCH ( Ministry of Culture and History ) this month, that doesn't mean that we also don't need to have the Empress day event. We will have the unofficial ( not sponsored and endorsed by the country/ministry ) Empress Day event.
Rules remain the same so read them carefully before you nominate

Rules:
1 - All citizens of eworld have right to participate/nominate in this event regardless of their home country. You can nominate 1 (one) candidate for Empress. I have the right to determine what candidates qualify for the competition.
2 - All nominees must be from an Anime Series (OVA/OAV, movies, ONA, tv series), a Japanese Video Game, or a Japanese Manga. Please no Hentai/Porn. Again, even if a character does not fall into this category, I still reserve the right to determine what candidates qualify for the competition.
3 - All nominations must at least include a name, image, and the name of the media (series, movie, manga, game, etc) the nominated character appeared in. Please do not post images containing nudity. Additional information regarding your character is welcome.
4 - All nominations must be posted in the nomination thread in the national forums or send via PM.
5 - No previous elected Empresses can be nominated for a 2nd term. However, Royal Ambassadors, or previous runner-ups for empress can be re-nominated for a chance to be Empress. They can continue to be re-nominated indefinitely, regardless of how many times they have been elected Royal Ambassador unless they are elected Empress even once. Following that election, they are permanently disqualified from running.
6 - Empress Day Nominations begins on March 23rd (eDay 2,680) and will end at March 25th (eDay 2,682).
7 - Empress Day Voting will begin immediately once the nomination period is over, on March 26th and will end on March 28th. Winners will be announced on Sunday, March 29th. .
8 - Campaigns for specific nominations are allowed.
9 - The person who nominates the winning Empress will receive ¥1000. The runner up will receive ¥500.

Well, this event is a part of MoCH but of course if there is no MoCH there is no need for Empress day to be cancelled, as long as there are people willing to make it happen😁 And thanks for the money, although I have the money, but you know how they say the money isn't problem, there is no money xDD so I had 750 good reasons to accept your donation and the donations of other players....thanks😁

As long I have free time ( and will to do it xD ), it won't be forgotten, thankfully I'm not the only one who thinks this way😁
