Good day eBelgians,
As you know the tournament is going well and eBelgium is number 7! Thanks to your work. Please keep it up as we might get out of the top10 and it would be so sad.
As you might know, but thanks to some articles you should be aware, there is no congress this month.
Firstly, in the name of me, my minister of foreign affair Santiago Junior (we were both the more eager to start) and the rest of my team, I would like to apology for those who wanted to become Congress Members. Sadly war prerogatives were higher and we took the decision to launch the training war as soon as possible to get the highest benefits.
We do not believe that not having CM will drastically impact over eBelgium but I am very pleased you all seem to care. But as a reminder, having a congress is only useful when such congress is working and lately the level of congress activity made me and my fellow ministers believe that having a training war at the good time is better.
In the future, thanks to this training war we will be able to get 5000 golds, help private MU and youngsters in priority. We are also having great times and I am happy to see such activity, even if aimed toward my government. A country is something alive and if it needs some needles I don't mind.
Last but not least, having no congress means that I will be able to handle my program smoothly at the end of the term by changing forum laws more easily. Be prepared for unbanning citizens and less laws through out-of-the-game tool.
In our point of view, it's a winning situation. For the state ... See below.
But as we are aware of individual interests into the CM position such as medals, a part of the tournament reward will be split among the parties:
If congress accepts (I do), 5 golds / member will be given to each parties members at the end of the tournament. Freeze of the situation right now (this ss).
Dear eBelgians, cheer up ! The tournament is going well and we need your hits to win it ! This month, due to an unlucky timing we have no congress but party members will get more than ever !
Last but not least, I've asked Franckie18, Teddy beer eBe and Santiago Junior and allowed them 20k cc each to organize supplies for RW-ing regions in case of need. Remaining will be allowed for tournament support. If you are eBelgian and fight hard, don't hesitate to ask them for help!

This article seems to use the gold reward as a carrot for the angry citizens about the absence of our congress. It also says that the purpose of the absence of congress was to let you handle your program in a more smoothly way. You should have presented it that way when introducing the TW.
Because you presents the TW as the reason why eBE will win 5000 gold in this tournament, but this is unfortunately not true at all. It's even the contrary...
Let's put apart the fact that Trico's MU have a huge part in the reward we will be able to claim (I think there is only 2 belgians who have more pp than the national average), and let's do a comparison.
As you know, regular wars give 1pp by hit, up to 2 if you win the BH medal, and Epic battles give 3pp. Inviting everyone to focus on eBE wars have slowed down our country in this tournament.
So let's take in example Olv007, who did 1,054,965,122 damages while I did "only" 918,346,889 damages until now. He have been hitting a lot in eBE wars, while I have fought only once in a rw and tried to focus a lot on epic battles. Well, Olv007 have "only" 11,977 pp, while I have already reached 20,025 pp. Same with you, you did a bit less dmg than me, 853,590,399 to be exact, and you have "only" 11,901 pp, almost 50% less than me.
So it is not true to explain that this is "thanks to this training war (that) we will be able to get 5000 golds"... 😒
Indeed ThomasRed but in the beginning lowers division don't have any EPIC Battle's, I have shoot yesterday after we take back Brussel's for not start another RW, because for the last day with the big recovery energy we have EPIC wars in every division. but the players are free and they decided start a RW ( will be better now wait for the percentage)
About the gold for the Party's, well i will support for other's reason, many players want join eBE for run for CP and let 5k Gold is play with fire
50% will be share with MU's and use + 150 Golds for Party's is not a bad solution.

I understand the situation was special because of the epic warfare but cancel the congress elections was a bad idea.
Next time, when you decide to make a TW, please let a free region to run congress elections. Because know some people think about a theory of conspiracy.
And for the activity, it is time for a real change but it pasts by everyone, congressmen as citizen.
Those are real apologies, to be fair and complete we knew the risk would be there but we didn't manage it the best possible way.

We will have 5k GOLD?
Well, the GOV. should use one Organization, e. g. "War Supplies" or any that is not in use, and transfer 1k there. Why?
In cause of invasion, that GOLD. can be used immediately for Combat Order, weapon supplies and other.
If it stays in National Treasury, it will need 24h for donation law.
Do not waste it for CM's or private MU's. Help BNA, and help young players!
