I, PiscoSoares I, proclaim that for this day on MEK admittance will have a probation time for all the low hitters candidates.

I, as the only MEK ruler, will inform all the low hitters candidates that they will be accepted in Reg.4 for a period of 4 weeks. In each of that week they must do a minimum 125 kills and must talk to the rest of the guys. In the first week that they fail to achieve the kills, they will be presented with a superb kick in the ass.
In the end of the 4th week we will have the normal admittance process, the voting one - the democratic one blaaahhhh.

The remaining tankers, or the low hitters that choose the voting process, will have the usual voting process. Or not, it depends on me!
