Desprenderse de su valores eMexicano de ERX [ARG]

Day 883, 18:50 Published in Argentina Switzerland by Bryon Russell

It is refreshing to see that other analysts have come to the same conclusion that I have: that ERX is too young to try to make money based on stock prices, (just look at fluctuations in VIP's stock price,) and that the way to make money on ERX is by buying dividend-earning shares. (See the latest articles in Stock Market News and Happy Financial Times)

However, as we know, events in the eWorld can have an effect on future dividends, and there is one large event in Mexico that will hamper their companies' profits.
Spain and Poland have decided to split Mexico's oil regions - one for each of them.

With the loss of most of its regions, many Mexican companies will fall behind enemy lines. Some will take the expensive step of buying an export license, others will close because they don't want to contribute to EDEN's economy, others will flounder because their workers will relocate. While this will effect the oil and moving tickets industry directly, the entire Mexican economy will be in a tailspin for some time.

Here are the stocks listed on ERX that have fixed assets in Mexico:
LMEX - Severely affected.SELL SELL SELL.
BBC - Affected but OK. Mexican oil division just one of several raw material divisions globally.
EMX - Affected but OK. Three oil refineries, but each already has multiple licenses. I suspect their workers are loyal, and none will shut down.
INCO - Seriously affected, but never traded
CEN - Affected, but never traded

SHP - Safe. Mexican food division is just one of many worldwide.
CUP - Safe. Swiss based company, whose Mexican oil division is just one of many.
CITC - Safe. Global company with a Mexican Q5 weapons division that supplies 9 markets.
BCOG - Spanishcompany. Will likely benefit from its Mexican oil coming under EDEN sovereignty.
BCOM - Another Spanish-based company. Will likely benefit.
WHC - Very safe, will be unaffected

Happy investing (or divesting 🙂 )
