Depression Imminent

Hopefully enough companies will get killed off by the high wages. We need to have more people looking for jobs then jobs out there. People don't understand if you keep posting the highest price for jobs and lowest price for product you find yourself in a shit sandwich. If there are more people looking for jobs then jobs that are out there that drives prices down. Prices are terrible right now. People are offering level 2 worker over 5 dollars.

I don't know and personally I can hold on to my products for a while. I don't have to turn a huge profit. As long as I break even I can wait this out. Q2 Iron is the same as Q1. Weapons are dropping due to the end of the war.

I see a depression in the future. Why? Because As the war slows down and we have all these people looking for jobs. Prices for workers will keep going up and product prices will keep going down. Then you have a crap load of companies in the Red because they can't turn a profit. I think this is going to happen and we can't do anything about it because the Economy and Company Modules are too simple that any damn idiot can give it a try and mess things up for the people that know what they are doing and basically no repercussions at all. Except maybe to a waste of a 15 dollar charge to mommies credit card.

This selfishness is only going to cause more problems then it is. Stop competing for the lowest price. Maybe we need an actual market that tells people what their Products are actually worth. This way people would see how much money they are actually throwing away. We do not have just PEACE to deal with. We have ourselves and we need to start dealing with it now!

Before world war 3 started, prices were at the rock bottom in most countries. This was one of the reasons for the war.
Without war, you do not need guns, houses, food, gifts, since you regain wellness in training battles. Moving tickets are also used seldom, since you rarely have to move (to get a better job maybe).
This game is war based, if you don't have wars, everything else goes to hell.

You are correct. With the war slowing down that has made things worst already. Guns have dropped below 6 dollars for the first time in a long time. eRepublik team needs to give use a better module for orgs, comapnies, and the overall economy.

They are working on a new economic module. From previous experience, i guess it will be out somewhere around 2011 🙂

Jokes aside, one quick way to fix (better said delay) things is taking away to production bonus (+50😵 they gave everyone after trivia was removed.

You also have to remember that yesterday was elections. A lot of people resigned so they can move and vote. The job market should settle in a day or two.
