Complaint: Being too xenophobic

Day 1,267, 16:38 Published in Belgium Switzerland by Monsieur Guillontine

Alright, guys. So if you have not done so already, please go to Belgian Suggestion/Complaint Form and express yourself freely.

So for my first report, and all the ones that shall follow, I will be looking into one constructive suggestion and one interesting complaint each time.

Suggestion: Give more money to the military for supplies.

Although all soldiers already receive quite a hefty pay of 5 BEF, 5 Q food, and 1 Q5 weapon per day, it seems that some eBelgians are still asking for more. eBelgium is definitely engaging itself in more wars lately, and as a result, it seems that soldiers are lacking supplies to gain experience efficiently. So, it seems that a suggestion has been made to increase the funds for the military. However, I myself would like to question where the military will get this money, especially when the government has just depleted quite a lot of its treasury because of the eUK war not too long ago.

Complaint: Being too xenophobic.

Now, obviously, the government is not xenophobic. But... is it possible that the government is being too paranoid about immigrants wishing to become eBelgians? Well, some say that it's better to be cautious that accept some sneaky Serbians who could end up destroying our country. On the other hand, some say that this is a ridiculous way of thinking since obviously, one person could not possibly single-handedly take over the government. And plus, what are the chances of getting someone like that when tons of people apply for citizenship? Is it better to assume that they are in a group planning to politically takeover eBelgium, or is it better to assume that the people who want to be eBelgian are good people just wanting to start a new life? These are all questions that have been thrown into debate recently in Congress, actually.

So, what do you think about the suggestion and complaint? Should they be debated about more by Congress? Tell me what you think below. And remember, never be afraid to speak what your mind believes in. In fact, you can still remain anonymous and might even have your suggestion or complaint in my next article! Just write what you want on the Belgian Suggestion/Complaint Form.

Yours Truly,
Monsieur Guillontine
