Community Update: New Citizens Read

Lately i have noticed that there are few to none, comments by new citizens on newspaper articles, few to none new citizen members of our forums and few to none new citizens on the IRC so i want to know why???, i think it is because they dont know they are there! so this artocle is to tell them where to find them, first of all id like to say
You are welcome to eRepublik and to eIreland. I am a representative from the Ministry of the Community, whose duty it is to greet New Citizens and to provide them with assistance. You can follow these links which will give you information about the best way to start in the game

Here is the link to the eIreland forums. I encourage you to sign up as soon as possible and get involved. In particular I encourage you to go to the Community section and sign up as a New Citizen for extra help, and to seek a mentor if you so wish. A bank of New Citizen information is also in that section.this sections is a great way to get our few and opinions across

The Irish Health Ministry will help you improve your wellness. When you start, your wellness will be low. If your wellness is below 60 please apply to No. 1, If in doubt, send a message to top gun, your Health Minister.

When you get to Level 5, you can start to fight in wars. Guides to fighting can be found in the New Citizen’s Information bank on the e-Ireland forums.

War Games: for any new citizen at the moment we are in wargames with america its not the real thing so dont go spending all your money to defend your country we are safe from invasions at the moment anyway

The Irish Community organisation also serves as a Question and Answer helpline. For any questions you might have, send a message to the organisation. When you get to Level 6, please send a message to the Irish Community org asking for more information about Politics and Living and Working in the eWorld. i also reccomend you subscribe to this newspaper as valuable information and fun games pass trough it

Funny, I was just thinking to myself this morning, do the new citizens not know where all these articles are located?
If any new citizens read this, be sure to click on the subscribe button at the top right of this page. This way, any new articles published by the Community Ministry will give you a "new article" notice.

Cora, what is your problem concerning Digits? This is the third comment today on this?
Digits did a fantastic job on the Community Ministry and was widely congratulated. Since then he posted an article stating that due to RL issues, he was no longer going to be able to fulfill that role. A new Minister was put in place and is carrying on the job that Digits stared.
This isnt "plagiarism", its continuing the job and getting out the word to new citizens using what has already been set up. Do you expect the entire ministry to be rebuilt after every new election?
In defence of Cun, Digits left so abruptly that I doubt there was time for something new and meaningful to be put out on such short notice.
However, I think an introduction by Cun, and a disclaimer that the article was being reposted under a new minister would have been warranted in order to lessen confusion.
Instead of nit-picking and accusations, we should be wishing Cun luck on filling the shoes of somebody who fortified a public ministry essentially by himself, on his own initiative. It can be daunting, taking the reins of that horse.
cora must have been very fond of digits.
@cora digits didnt write all of it he wrote the bare basics if you read it you will see the difference i wanted to get this out ASAP so citizens will be more active thats why i used the basics wrote digits, plus me and digits were good frined and wouldnt mind this at all as long as it helps people
In fairness a fair few changes were necessary to the old one and alot of new material added by Cun - different links, etc...names but a mention wuda been gravy.
Main thing is that new citizens must know where to find the information they need coz this game can be daunting @ the start.... and they also need to be confident in themselves and vocal. Maybe some motivation class in the university could help!😛
