Community Update: Launch of Lottery: EDITED 5iep + 5 weapons, 13july
The Irish Community
I am proud to announce i have finally set up the Lottery and the terms and conditions are following:
*1 ticket costs 5iep
*i need at least 30 people to participate
*the prize money will be a at least a total of 100iep+ depending on how many participate. (this leaves a sum of money for the irish community to fund future prizes and awards)
*the second draw will be for 5 q1 weapons kindly donated to us by Nogin the nog
*each participant may buy 5 tickets at the most
*PM the org with a number between 1-100 and donate your 5 iep
*when i have 30 people i will run a random number generator and whose number pops up will win the prize money.
*if two people have the same winning number the prize will be split 50-50 and so on
So over all even iff you dont win the jackpot there is another chance you could win some nice new weapons, so get buyin'
I am sorry for the delay in getting this started but now thats it here hopefully you will enjoy it, the winner will be announced the on the 13 july(due to some RL issues),on that date you will also recieve his/her prize money, good luck to all and remember entering in this not only help you but it also help the irish community.
Kind Regards,
Cun-Bo-Dawex

And for what is the rest of 100 IEP?
(20 IEP * 30 people means 600 IEP)
It be better if you just set out 4 numbers and 1 bonus number.
itllgo to the irish communtity and as time goes on it will be a smaller sum of money but at the moment we have little to nothing
@micutzuL: It's for future prizes like Employer of Month etc.
@Pip Kelly: 🙂 As long as it's not specified this detail ("It's for future prizes like Employer of Month etc."), I don't really think so.
I think you should lower the price of the tickets.
New citizens would benefit moreso from a lottery win than someone who can afford those tickets at the moment.
20 IEP is well out of new citizens' price range at the moment.
Here here.. there should be different grades of Lottery - similar to the National, Monday Millions and Easter Raffles that the National Lottery have going on at the moment.. different price levels for different games.. effectively giving more choice and more scope to people who don't have much money to contribute to the lottery games.
nice idea both top gun and high on snow when i get some time i will creat a N.C lottery (new citizen) that will be cheaper
Good work with this, I think the price is good. My only question is: in case of nobody's number being the drawn one, you'll keep drawing until somebody has it, right? I'm PMing for two tickets.
I agree with Top Gun the price is way too high.Even if it means lowering the prize money.
@alex yeah thats what i was planning
@eoin im goin to create a cheaper one of 5 or 10 iep havnt chosen yet soon enough

Hold on... It says tickets 5IEP, wheres everyone getting 20IEP from?, and a minimum of 30 people buying to run - 30*5 = 150IEP, so it makes 50IEP, not a lot for the work involved and certainly not the 600IEP at the start.
@Nogin : He changed it
@nogin i reicieved alot of "complaints" and when i looked over them they made sense, this org is here for everyone both new and seasoned alike, i know it doesnt seem like much but its better than nothing. this isnt really to make money its so people can enjoy the game. and about the 20iep thing that was teh origional price before i changed it
much better price, 5 tickets please!
thanks nogin, we need more sales
hi,
Not in Ireland just now - lying in the sun taking things easy..lol so playing catch up with everything, after posting i knew i was missing a bitof the story - 20IEP a ticket!!, wouldn't sell many at that price - even I wouldn't pay 20 IEP, 5IEP sounds right for everyone.
Good luck with the draw, will send you my numbers/money soon.
I bought a ticket or two...or three...
Good Luck to me!
ye 5 iep is much better
voted, ticket bought
This is interesting, a ticket please?
