WIth old Col gov we didnt managed to find proper way to make a deal. That resoulted Col deleted from map.

Im sending my regards to new gov that was ready to speak with us, and manage to calm down fury in Pacifica. NAP is signed!


Both sides agreed on next terms:

1) ePH and eCol agrees to sign NAP.
2) ePH will liberate all eCol cores.
3) No more NE laws and hostility for minimum 2 months.
4) Nation who brakes the deal will have to pay 500k cc.
