Changes in supplies /שינוי באספקות

שלום אזרחים יקרים לידתכם המדינה במצב כלכלי ממש קשה ועל כן נאלץ להוריד את כמות האספקה המתקבלת מהממשלה באופן משמעותי עד שהמצב יתייצב.
האספקה תרד בשני טנקים לפי רמות במשחק כמו שהיה עד היום.
לדוגמא: שחקן ברמה 30-36 שקיבל עד היום 4 טנקים יקבל מהיום 2
שחקן מעל רמה 37 יקבל 3 במקום 5
ושחקנים מתחת לרמה 26 כולל לא יקבלו טנקים,רק אוכל.
צר לנו על אי הנוחות,זה נחוץ לטובת המדינה,תודה על ההבנה.

Hello citizens,I would like to inform you that the state is in a serious financial crises,we will have to take down some of your supplies for now(the ones you get from the state's money).
until things start to look better supplies will be cut down the following way:
the number of tanks you used to get until today-2=what you get now.
e.g. level 36 got 4 tanks,now they get 2.
level 37 got 5 now it will be 3.
