First of all,

Happy New Year. We’ll be counting on you this year as well.

Now, it is time for congressman to work again and discuss for (many) pending laws need to be voted.

1. Immigration Law ammendment
Proposed by 2.D.G, Congressman, and currently Minister of Security.

Calling for Congressman/Congresswoman to vote about minor change in Immigration Law:

1. Green Light Procedure:
- Applicant must be vouched by 2 congressmand OR party presidents from different top 5 parties to ensure the applicant is know and trusted.
- Applicant must come to forum and give the name of the voucher after apply in game.
- MoS will confirm to the voucher, and give the green lit. If voucher not accepted, the application will be rejected

2. Yellow Light Procedures:
- Waiting period will change from 2 to 3 days.
- MoS must interview the applicant, and the interview time will take 48 hours.
- After 48 hours, MoS will posted the result (approved/rejected) in forum, and after that, there will be 24 hours period for citizens to post objections or approvals.

I'll give you 2 ammendment in different vote. You may vote YES for both changes or YES/NO or NO at all the changes.

2. Budget Control Law
Proposed by ardishabutaro, Congressman

Calling for Executive (MoF) and Congressman/Congresswoman to discuss before i open the vote for Budget Control Law:

Budget Control Law:
1. Executive must give the budget plan before 10th every month,
2. Speaker will start the vote, and congressman will vote for the budget.
3. If no majority reached, Executive will revise the plan, and give it detailed to congress.
4. Congress will give final answer to Executive about the budget, point-per-point.
5. All process will finished at least before 15th.
6. In no-congress case, PP will take the position for congressman to discuss with Executive.

This proposal haven't become final So you can still give your idea to finalize the proposal,

3. Printing Money
Proposed by 2.D.G, Congressman, and currently Minister of Security.

Calling for Executive (MoF/CP) and Congressman/Congresswoman to discuss about the possibility to print money.

1. Printing money cost 1 gold per 200 JPY.
2. Current rate for gold = 186-190 JPY.
3. We will gain 14 JPY/Gold we have in this process.

I ask for the hearing between Congress and MoF to discuss it immediately since the market transaction changes very fluctuative.

4. Military supply system
Proposed by William of Edenbury, ex MoD and CP.

1. Maximum budget = 40.000 JPY/month.
2. Supplier will be IJA Commander.
3. There will be 3 tiers to receive the supply:
- Recruits: 6 Weapon Q6/Day
- Soldiers: 2/3 Weapon Q7/Day
- Commune: 5 Weapon Q7/Day

The discussion are already 3 months ago and i will close it this month, if we don't have agreement about this system.
