Adding Balance in lower division in an Infantry Kit eWorld

With the introduction of the Infantry kit (Erep day 2715), there has been a major change in Divisions 1-3. Those with Infantry Kit are fighting much more and getting most (okay almost all) of the BHs.
A complaint from those without IK is that they cannot get BHs anymore. This has lead to a few proposals to change the criteria for advancing from in divisions, e.g.:
- strength limits
- Rank limits
- max damage per hit limits
All of these punishes those who delayed fighting while building up strength and would be a major rule change.
A simpler proposal is to add getting a BH to the list of many things that earn XP. Even as little as 5 or 10 XP per BH will have impact.
For example, when IK was introduced I needed less than 2500 xp to reach D3. I got ~1900 more BHs before reaching D3. At 10 XP each, I would have had 19K more XP almost 4 more levels gained.

This is a good, simple change.
I need to get back to reading the media more...
these games are always setup so that people who spend money will have the advantage, I have been sandbagging forever it seems, not fighting for a year or 2 while you wait for your strength to get over 90k is tedious but worth it when I can start snagging every bh, and all I have to do is spend money and go HAM
those IK's are probablythe stable revenue source this game has ever held, and they will do nothing to upset the sources of that revenue.
This is a modest proposal. I wish Plato would consider something like it if not exactly it!
