24 terms in Congress and still learning new things

Note: This article will be of little interest to most of you but wanted to point this out since I see no record of it anywhere.

You would think after 24 terms in Congress I'd know everything about Congressional game mechanics, but something new happened today.

See this:

http://www.erepublik.com/en/main/law/Croatia/124925

You'll see that the law was rejected even with a majority vote in favor of it. Nowhere in the Wiki or anywhere else have I found the rules regarding the new Leave Alliance proposals, so I didn't know before the vote failed that Leave Alliance proposals needed a super-majority.

What threw me off was that it didn't say in the proposal that it needed 66% to pass.

There are currently two other types of proposals that need 66% of votes to pass: Natural Enemy and Impeachment. However, both of these say clearly that they need 66% to pass.

Impeachment example: http://www.erepublik.com/en/main/law/Croatia/124937
Natural Enemy example: http://www.erepublik.com/en/main/law/USA/124931

Both of those clearly say below the timer "For this law to be considered accepted it needs 66% of the Congress votes". The Leave Alliance proposal does not make that clear.

Obviously, this game has bigger problems to address, like the economy. But it would be nice to see some transparency on new laws like this so people aren't left in the dark on whether a bill will pass or not.

Thank you all for reading about something I know will interest very few of you,
