It has been a great honor to lead such a productive congress this past month, as Speaker of the House. Though my tenure was not without controversy I am proud of what we as a congress were able to accomplish. I thank everyone that took part in passing legislation, and helping to create some robust debates concerning the future of our great nation.
Much of that thanks belongs to USWP’s congresspeople for taking the lead in introducing and passing essential legislation that
lowered the work tax for every worker in the eUS, and helped to
secure the eUS from a foreign military takeover, or MTO. I would like to applaud Gnilraps, Pfeiffer, and Animis in particular for taking the lead in passing these key laws that benefit everyone in the eUS.
Gnilraps was crucial in making sure that we have the safeguards in place to
defend ourselves against the possibility of hostile takeover through the dictator module
from threats both foreign and domestic.
Pfeiffer
took the lead in lowering the work tax, having introduced the legislation, and being a driving force behind the passing of the law. In doing so Pfeiffer has provided much needed tax relief to every worker in the eUS. A grateful nation salutes Pfeiffer for his
effective leadership in lowering the work tax!
None of this would have been possible without the w
hirlwind of passion for responsible government that embodies Animis. She was instrumental in whipping USWP votes to these important causes. Not only that, Animis also took the lead in passing the budget for the eUS. Animis was a
key team player, and deserves much praise for all her hard work.
I must admit that the idea of lowering the work tax, which
USWP spearheaded the passage of, was not an original plan of our’s. In fact our colleagues over at the Black Sheep Party have tried to do it in the past, since it was raised to 12%. What it took to actually do it was
responsible and effective leadership on the part of USWP to accomplish the lowering of the work tax. You see we are not ideologues. We leave the debates of ideology to the armchair generals. Here at USWP
we are pragmatists. We only act in the best interests of the nation, not on our own personal political beliefs.
USWP is synonymous with
responsible, effective leadership! This past month I feel we have demonstrated this on multiple occasions.
USWP acts to protect our nation’s workers, and our national security. When USWP leads, others follow. I ask that you reward us for our hard work, and vote USWP for congress!

To claim that USWP has "secure the eUS from a foreign military takeover" is blatantly a lie. We have had no attempt nor has one been organized by foreign invaders, so how can you have secured us from something that did not happen.
Also, yea sure all it took was USWP to change side. If you want to claim full responsibility because you changed side for what is now quite obviously a public stunt, then just allow me to laugh.

Quite noticeable is how it is players that you now list as USWP leadership who push for it to not pass while the opposition pushes to pass it. How can you even try to claim that it was an "effective USWP leadership" that pass the bill? There was no opposition against not passing it, so it required nothing to pass. If that is effectiveness in USWP, then that says a lot.
I'd also love to point out that our current work tax gives us an income of 380% of our budget. But sure, you really think about the workers like you want to claim.

You guys have always opposed it and are now using the topic starter for being it your idea, there is only one party that has been working hard to lower taxes in eUSA, that defenitely is not USWP, i leave it up to you to announce the true lower tax party, allthough i doubt you have the courage in you to state it in your article!

No one is saying that other parties did not fight for lower taxes,almost fanatically, at other times.
For months we (USWP) held fast against lowering taxes until our National Security Goal was met with adequate reserves.
Once this occurred, USWP took the lead to immediately lower work taxes for all eAmericans.
Actually, I think the USWP gets mostly demonized by haters who never understood why USWP fought to raise taxes when it was fiscally prudent and now can't stomach the fact that USWP fought to lower taxes now that it is fiscally prudent.
In my opinion, the anti-USWP hatred has a tendency to blind people to the merits of our work.

note to the public: this is the kind of non-partisanship we have in Congress these days.
Here is the thing that USWP believes in terms of taxes. We believe that our national security is our first and foremost priority. That means if it requires high taxes to have plenty of money on hand (high reserves) as both a deterrent and fund used to defend against an invasion, then taxes must be set to an amount adequate to raise those funds in excess of weekly budget to build up this reserve.
This was done in increments, starting many months ago despite the fanatical screams from those who believe that taxes are somehow evil and a grand conspiracy to hurt them. This anti-tax thinking is based on the personal thinking of some players and fails to serve eUSA. The USWP and many others agreed and worked very hard and successfully to get our reserves built up quickly. To this day the anti-tax group is very angry that taxes were increased, despite their personal preferences.
In this last term, as soon as the reserve had reached it's goal, the USWP took immediate steps to lower the work tax. There was a robust discussion and congress agreed with a lowering of the tax to 10%.
The tax collected that is in excess of the weekly budget goes toward the reserve which expends money every time the eUSA puts up a CO order etc. This is the cost to have full 100%/100%/100% bonuses and a relatively safe border.
It is just this simple. Please do not allow the anti-tax players weaken our National Security and toss away literally years up building up a reserve that is adequate to protect our bonuses and borders..
USWP is politically prudent and intelligent. This means they will do or say whatever they can do retain their power. Whether it is for the over all good is a matter of opinion, but there are surely some of the most morally corrupt and self serving bunch of all the parties. Only reason taxes were lowered to 10% is for political expediency. Should be lower than 10% to really assist others in the eUS
Congress, all of us, agreed that 10% should be our first step. Lowering of taxes is not a welfare program designed to assist people. It is based on whether or not we can maintain our reserve. Keep in mind that the reserve expends money to put CO's on important battles all the time, so it needs frequent replenishing.
You can keep trying to defend this political spin, but it seems most people are intelligent enough to see straight through USWP propaganda recently 🙂
The math shows that we need 2-3% to do the above. 5% throws an amount equal to our expenses into the reserve, which is over 200% of our needed revenue. It is clear that the people's interests are not being supported with a 10% tax.
When you are willing to lower taxes to make the eUS competitive and set a revenue level that is equitable to our needs, then that's something I will applaud your leadership in. Until then, this is an AWESOME troll. Props!

Here's the box from my perspective:
USWP has a healthy political life among its active members where they discuss matters and work toward consensus on important legislation. It's a "caucus". We don't always vote party lines, but we tend towards doing that approximately as much as every other party. We tend to look for and promote sound thinking.
If this behavior has enabled us to maintain any power, great. I should probably add that we have only actually "had power" for two months, prior to that it was the Feds who "had power".
Anyway, I usually don't respond this much when the crazies say this crap. But when it comes from someone I respect it ticks me off and so I engage it.
I could easily argue that the risk I took forwarding the Dictatorship law was precisely the OPPOSITE of what you are accusing us of. It was hardly the most wildly popular Bill in the history of Congress. But we forwarded it because of a conviction in its benefits. If we were interested in "saying whatever we can to retain our power" we would have floated the thing, realized that it was a tight call, and dropped it.
So again, please think before you accuse.

What people are up in arms about is this party taking credit for lowering taxes just a bit because they proposed the bill. Had any of the rest of the parties been politically astute enough to propose a reasonable tax rate (say 5% which would still add to our considerable reserve) we would have been shouted down by your entire party. Take credit for a great political move, but taking credit for lowering taxes is so much BS. All of congress voted, we all lowered taxes! Every GD one of us. Not just you.
