[URM][LT/ENG] Renewal of NAP between Sweden and Lithuania

Šiuo susitarimu eLietuva ir eŠvedija pratęsia nepuolimo sutartį.

Sutarties sąlygos:

1. Kiekviena šalis išlaiko savo originalias teritorijas;

2. Natūralaus priešo arba Tiesioginio karo paskelbimo įstatymai negali būti paskelbti prieš kitą šalį. Jeigu šie įstatymai būtų paskelbti eLietuvos arba eŠvedijos Seimo nario atsitiktinai, jie turi būti nubalsuoti neigiamai;

3. Susitarimas galioja iki kito mėnesio 15 dienos(15/5-14). Abi šalys gali jį pratęsti arba aptarti ir pakeisti susitarimo sąlygas. Derybos turėtų prasidėti ne vėliau kaip dvi dienos prieš NAP pabaigą. Jeigu sprendimas tęsti karą priimamas abiejų arba vienos šalies nutarimu, šis sprendimas turi būti paskelbtas oficialiai informuojant trečiąją šalį ir stebėtojus. Tokiu atveju karas negali būti paskelbtas ankščiau negu penkios dienos po visų šalių informavimo.

4. Kaip garantija, kad šio susitarimo bus laikomasi abi šalys perveda 100 000 CC depozitą trečiajai šaliai.
4.1. Jeigu sutartis sulaužoma kurios nors šalies, ši šalis praranda teisę atgauti depozitą, o nukentėjusioji šalis gauna visą 200 000 CC sumą;
4.2. Jeigu eLietuva ir eŠvedija nusprendžia tęsti karą, abi šalys atgauna depozitus;
4.3. Jeigu viena iš šalių nusprendžia nebetęsti šio susitarimo abi šalys atgauna depozitus;

5. Šio susitarimo trečioji šalis yra eKroatija. Pinigai bus laikomi Hrvatska narodna bank, tol kol eKroatija yra trečioji šalis.

6. eLenkija ir eRusija yra šio susitarimo stebėtojos.

By this treaty eSweden and eLithuania renew their previous NAP agreement.

Terms of treaty:

1. Each of the countries keep their original territories;

2. Natural Enemy or Declare war laws should not be released toward each other. If Natural Enemy or Declare War law is released by any of the congressman of eSweden or eLithuania it should be voted negatively;

3. The agreement is valid until 15th day of the next month (15/5-14). Both countries can prolong it or discuss and change conditions of the agreement. Negotiations should start at least two days before NAP expires. If decision of renewing war is made by both or one of the countries, this decision should be declared officially, informing a Third party and a Observer. In this case war can not be started earlier than 5 days after all parties are informed.

4. As a guarantee that eLithuania and eSweden will keep this agreement the deposit of 100 000 CC from each country is transferred to the third party.
4.1 In the case this NAP will be broken, country which does so, loose the deposit and the other one gets all sum of 200 000 CC.
4.2 If eSweden and eLithuania decide to continue the war, both countries get their deposits back.
4.3 If in one of the countries decide not to continue this treaty, both countries get their deposits back.

5.The third Party of the treaty is eCroatia. Money will be kept in the organization of Hrvatska narodna bank as long as eCroatia is the Third party;

6.The Observer of this agreement is ePoland and eRussia.
