كنت أعمل جاهدا للتواصل مع اللاعبين الجدد ببرنامج حكومي للإمدادات العسكرية والتعليمية.
كانت هناك بعض النجاحات لهذا البرنامج, ولكن كما عملت على توفير موارد مجانية وسهلة لفترة طويلة, إكتشفت بأنني أضيع الكثير من الوقت, الجهد, والأموال الحكومية في التواصل مع اللاعبين الجدد الغير مهتمين مطلقا.
لذلك سأغير برنامج خطة المساعدات الحكومية وذلك بعدم إرسال الرسائل والإمدادات الأسبوعية للاعبين الجدد النشيطين ظاهريا. وسأبحث شخصيا عن اللاعبين الجدد النشيطين فعليا, ولكن بفاعلية أقل مما كانت عليه. لأنني لا أملك الوقت لمساعدة أناس لا يتحدثون إليك لتلقي مساعدة مجانية.
إذا كنت ممن تقل أعمارهم عن مئة يوم في عالم إي ريبوبلك وتريد مساعدات أو نصائح الرجاء مراسلتي بريديا.
وأيضا يمكنك التحدث إلى ساج1966 و ايسام2013 إذا كنت تتحدث باللغة العربية, وإذا كنت تتحدث باللغة الإنجليزية يمكنك التحدث إلى آي-جي-دي و أناكن987. على كل حال تحدث إلي وسأمنحك الإرشادات والموارد وتوجيهك في الإتجاه الصحيح.
على الهامش: المملكة العربية السعودية ليست ضعيفة لأسباب سياسية. نحن ضعفاء لأن أكثرنا غير مهتم بإستقلالها وإزدهارها, والعدد القليل المهتم فعلا لا يستطيع تحمل عبئ المسئولية لوحده.
يا إخواني تقدموا وإعملوا. إن كنتم تريدون المجد فعلا فإسعوا للحصول عليه, فلا توجد أعذار لمن لا يتواصل مع الحكومة واللاعبين النشطاء.

I have been working to reach out to our new players with a government program of supplies and mentoring.
there was some success, but as i have worked to provide easy free resources for so long, i see that i am wasting so much time, energy, and government funds in reaching out to young players who don't care.
So i will change our new player support program so that players who looked active will no longer receive weekly contact and supplies. i will personally keep looking into active young players, but at a much decreased capacity. i just don't have time to help people who won't even talk to receive free help.

you can also talk to SAj1966 and Esam2013 if you speak Arabic, and I-G-D and Anakin987 if you speak English. Either way talk to me and i'll give you guidance resources and point you in the right direction.
On a final note, eSaudi Arabia is not weak for any political reason. We are weak because almost none gives a damn, and the few who do care can't handle the weight of the work.
Step up and work, brothers. you want Glory? go get it! If you don't even talk to with the government and players who work, there is no excuse.

our major problem is most of eSaudi players thinks that it's an individual game.
my brothers, this games is a team game.
you have to cooperate with the government if you want the independence of eSaudi Arabia.

Great work but Pleas edit the names in Arabic translation to saj1966 & Esam2013
