[Regeringen] eUK & Kongressval
Jock Cranley
25 september, 2014.
United Kingdom

The eUK Executive is largely from one (minor) party and when dealing with governments like that you should realise the limits of agreements with any transitionary body.
Never the less...
Strong players can always play big brother. One can only hope that countries let their goverment lead as they are set as. This form of "mutiny" (well, in its minor form) will also send signals around the world that the country isnt united. That you dont stand up for your brothers and sisters.
Our 'mutiny' actually enabled us to stand up for our brothers in NSPP.
UK doesn't have a national army or a system of direction/coercion for its MU's so when we're talking about Military and therefore foreign affairs the executive has very little input into the process aside from suggesting some MPPs and timing the battles.
The latter being not that important tbh.
Well, I understand that. Still I think its a pity to have that form. For the goverment that is. They get to be puppeteers in a show that the MU more or less rules. Nothing wrong with that but I wouldnt think that was any fun if I was in that position.
Well it is a system that can work when everyone is on the same page.
The problems arise when the executive is having super-secret, high level government talks with other nations and other stake holders are left in the dark due to lack of communication.
Norway and Finland got around the issue by actually talking directly to me (rather hope or believe my government would actually contact me, my #1 ranked party or MU) as they identified my involvement as 'key'.
Norway knew they would have a congress some days ago, Finland knew Sweden would have a congress about the same time.
Any fears you may of had otherwise were therefore misspent and the fault for that lies at the UK's end as we went from a very good, decisive and communicative CP to a CP who hasn't been all that great in any of those aspects tbh.
