Friends and allies,
朋友及盟友們，

It is our duty to inform the eWorld that the alliance known as LETO has decided to disband.
我們有責任要告知全e世界，名為LETO的聯盟決定解散。

For many months, figures in both Asteria and LETO HQ knew that the alliance was not functioning to it's potential. Nations rarely showed up to meetings, communication was abysmal, and there was not strong bonds of friendship between all nations. Yes, some bonds were tight, and these countries fought hard for each other, but others had no real common ground, and coordinated strikes and support was not happening.
數個月以來，Asteria和LETO的高層都深知這個聯盟並沒有正常運作發揮其潛能。各成員國極少參與會議，溝通情形極差，且並非所有員國間的關係都很緊密。是的，有些國家關係密切，而這些國家願意為彼此而戰，但其餘成員國間卻不是如此，彼此間無法協調進攻及相互支援。

LETO reached a point where we were just nations, hiding under one flag. We were not an alliance, we were just countries grouped together, not even sharing MPPs.
LETO走到了一個僅剩旗幟飄揚卻無國家齊心協力的地步。我們已非聯盟，我們僅是聚在一起的國家，甚至連共同防禦協定的簽署都沒有。



So, where does that leave us? I doubt much shall change, Portugal , Iran , Colombia and Peru all left on friendly terms, and shall remain friendly. Those remaining have been advised to leave as well.
那麼，什麼改變了呢？我懷疑會變化多少。葡萄牙、伊朗、哥倫比亞及祕魯雖都離去，但都好聚好散且依舊友善。而剩下的國家則已被建議離開。

LETO HQ sincerely hopes that the friendship we did have shall be preserved, and that all members shall prosper. Your Pro-Asteria status is still there, so nothing much changes there, you are just not bound by LETO Charter!
LETO高層真心希望這份我們曾有過的友誼能夠維持，並祝所有成員國能夠興盛。大家親Asteria的立場不變，因此並不會改變太多，僅僅只是不再被LETO規章給規範而已。



As LETO SG, I wish everybody the best, salute you all. Thank you for taking LETO this far: just short of our year anniversary.
身為LETO的最高指揮官，我對各位獻上最高的祝福及敬意。感謝各位近一年來以來對LETO的陪伴。
