They were suppose to sign an MPP with us every month and protect us against other countries but they did not. So they are the one who broke the aggreement.

The MPP signing was not done to avoid wasting eSA's money, and was always agreed with the current CP.

The protection was simply not requested, as your former CP signed the agreement with Russia - that you also renewed. Who should eBR protect eSA from? Should eBR fight eRussia against eSA's will, simply because they paid you a lot to rent a region?

We aggreed Russian deal this month, not last month. If Brazil offered help last month against them but our CP rejected it, I'd like to see proof and apologize for my words.

There was no offer for help as there was no request for help, simply because there was no need. Your former CP *agreed to the russian deal*.

Now, if you think that it should have been approved by the congress before, or if it wasn't done properly, or whatever - that is something between that month's congress and that month's CP. As far as the rest of the world is concerned, the deal was properly signed last month.

The Russian deal was preliminarily verbally agreed, but unpublished and thus unofficial because South Africa's congress refused to confirm the details of a final draft.
Russia, rightly, were only prepared to pay once the treaty was published. It was only published in July and thus only went into effect in July under President Léon with improved rental terms.

Russia did not invade South Africa. We agreed to host them for a Congress election. I know because I made that agreement with Brazil, Russia and South Africa's CP, MoFA and MoD's present.

Brazil told us up-front that they would honour whatever decision South Africa reached. Russia did too. Agreement was made to unlock opportunity and not under duress. It succeeded gloriously.

You should check with your team before accusing anyone of lying. That money never reached eBR.

My point about that the "selective reading" is that the other points had been neglected for so long - and yet, both countries continued to consider the agreement valid - that there is no reason to suddenly consider it a breach now.

You were just looking for an excuse to break the agreement. You could have done it the proper way, notifying that you didn't want to renew it, and eBR would leave - but you chose not to. You chose to take the money and sign with Uruguay and Argentina, and now come up with technicalities. It could have been just a commercial agreement undone, but it turned to plain and simple treason.
